Early in our campaign so I do not have results to measure. But the staff has amazing follow through

So far we have had a great experience with postcard mania however we have not had any of the adds go out yet so we are yet to see the overall outcome of this investment. The communication with them has been great willing to answer all the questions we have had. what i wasn't expecting going into it was the recurring monthly payments after the 3 month package is done. we just expected a flat rate for a flat 3 month deal but after being involved for as long as we have it makes sense why we would want to have a recurring deal. We will have to see what our ROI is before committing to it but our reps have been great and set that to off and to reach out when its coming close. really looking forward to see success from this!

Taylor Mansfield was great with developing our new website. She was always very professional and attentive. I highly recommend her.

Leigh Ann worked on my site and did a speedy and terrific job for lead capture. The site was very easy to use and I received leads easily to my email.

These guys have been great. Excellent. I've been working with them for many years. Always consistent. Always easy to reach.

Beware! Don’t give them a dime. They take your money, they do not Finish or proofread any of your designs. When they say they’re going to do a campaign, they never did the campaign, they want more money to finalize what you’ve already paid for. No one knows what the other is doing in that company. They are kind and responsive, but never have fulfilled any of their promises or orders. They owe me money. I may sue them. I have been struggling to get either a refund or any work done for over a year

I’ve said this before and say it again. This full service marketing company is one of the bests, if not the best.
The name is deceiving they do websites, landing pages, digital printing and everything related to marketing.
They can boost your sales and influx for your business. A very dedicated company helping small businesses.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so welcoming and genuinely kind. You can tell they care about their customers and each other. I’m really thankful for how comfortable and cared for I felt. Highly recommend working with them for your next marketing campaign!

I do not have one good thing to say with my experience. I even provided my own designs and they messed that up with heads cropped off on all the postings. Terrible follow-up. They say you will have a team. You just get passed on to different people. No organization. Zero creative talent and Campaign Mangers are just a title. I spend quite a bit of money and I wouldn't even pay a few hundred dollars for their services. I kept getting up sell before even launching my campaign. I was even asked to rate them before launching or refer others to their services and I said, I can't because you haven't complete my campaign, I could keep going. Terrible

My experience here has been top-of-the-line and really wonderful!

(Edit since Postcardmania replied: Their reply is exactly what part of my experience rating was pointing out. They just want to get you on the phone, when it's 2025 and essentially all other platforms in this space don't need to speak on the phone if you don't want to and you can start and finish your project all online. Great reply, it proved my point.) ORIGINAL: You don't even have the option to upload or design your own materials without calling and speaking with an agent first to "set up your account." What that really means is that they want to get you on the phone and try to upsell you on things. Why in the wide world of the 21st century would I want to try to take an idea from my head and create that design through someone else when I should have the option to... just do it on my own. Antiquated business model. No thank you postcardmania.
