Bad service! We bought a poster from them and they informed us that they were out of stock and that the poster would reach us in 4 weeks. Fair enough we were fine with that. AFter the 4 weeks I emailed them to ask them for a status update. No reply! I am have send them 3 emails so far this week with no responses
I just needed to laminate a single piece of A4 paper. The problem started when they told me they would need around 2 weeks, to do such a simple job. I still accepted. Then, in one week they contact me saying it was ready, which positively surprised me. But when I go to pick up the paper, they laminated it only on one side... what a ridiculous mistake to forget to laminate the other side, after taking a week. Then they apologized and said they would laminate the other side. Now, 3 moren weeks pass, and I hear nothing from them. I go there and find out that they have lost my paper.. So I paid for their service, they make me wait a month, going through confusion, only to do something as simple as laminating a damn paper, and then they lose it.
