I gave 1 start because I can not give cero. I ordered some Fotomagnete since June 29th but they never arrived. In the website they said that send it but nothing else. I don't care about the money, you can keep it, but I will never use or recommend this to anybody.

Waste of money!
I ordered several times with this firm and I was Always!!! Happy!
But my last order.... I wondered where they found the guts to mail this to me!
I ordered maxi photo cards- only the one on top of the pile was perfect- yes: 1 card was perfect! All the others.... nope! I don’t understand how one card can be so beautiful and all the others such a sloppy job!
I threw them in the trash- or papiertonne as the Germans say. And posterXXL- I will take my business somewhere else from now on!

Versatile and convenient but slightly slow and expensive service.
Pro:
The online tool to create your own photobook has an excellent and convenient range of options to arrange your pictures. Picture upload is fast.
Con:
Prices were only acceptable due to 50% offer (Christmas). A rival service took half as long for delivery of a similar book while both books were ordered at the same point in time (right before Christmas - my bad).

Did not make the date at all (missed christmas by over a week)
After reading past reviews I decided to order all family- calendars (christmas gifts to all) over albelli.de . Yes, handling, formating etc. was easy.
BUT. I ordered THREE WEEKS before Christmas with a promise to have all calendars within one week. Even 3 days before Christmas they still promised to manage it. What a BUMMER! The calendars arrived 2.1.2019. I had ten super- sad faces at christmas eve!
The "we are sorry"- voucher for next years order is ridiculous.
