kranglig och dalig service - complicated and terrible service

DONT BUY FROM HERE! Ordered from a swedish site but somehow paying a danish bank. why is it annoying?Because it is now an overseas transfer with charges applied. When asked for help due to lack of explanation and information, the reply comes in danish, while all other information sent earlier was in swedish. not that it matters but just feels so misleading overall. Would have returned the toothbrush had i known it was this complicated to pay for. could have gotten it from any other website at the same rate only picked this because it had a much wider selection for future purchase.

Thank you for your review.
First of all I can refuse that you have to pay any fees at all when paying via credit card. The amount you see on the site is the amount you pay. I can see that you have paid via your Visa Card and off cause there is no extra fee. If you believe that this is not the case I would be happy if you can send me documentation via mail (info@postme.com). We will off cause refund any extra fees, but I am sure that this is not the case.

I am very sorry that we do not have a Swedish support line yet. We are working on it and will have a Swedish support team within this year.

We serve a lot of Swedish customers every day and even that the items are send from Denmark (in 2-4 days) the customers should not feel any different from buying from another good Swedish website or PostMe.
