The package was not handled with care and some of the items were lost or stolen whilst be transported by postnord.
The heavy cardboard package containing a guitar and music goods had been forceably ripped open. ( I have taken a photo.) The box was showing signs of damage. It had either been crushed or dropped. Items that were in that box were missing and I will need to take the guitar to my luthier to be checked which will cost between 1000 and 2000nok. Very poor service. Postnord has not been careful with this package.

Postnord is late - as usual
According to Postnord, my package is delayed because the sender has not filled out the electronic delivery information (EDI). Rather than do something about it, they leave the problem for me, do not give me any warning, and have put the delivery in their container for packages missing such information. That is despite knowing where to send it. Usually, they just deliver late because their drivers do not care to drive to the outskirts of Oslo, and instead falsely claim that we are not at home.
They have been ruminating on the current package for 8 days or so, far from their record of delivering 2 months late.
