The annual charge from Postureletics…

The annual charge from Postureletics came as a complete surprise to me.

I originally registered through a trial offer and did not plan to continue using the service afterward. Once the trial period ended, I cancelled my subscription shortly after. Despite that, I was still billed for a full year.

I contacted their support team right away to explain the situation and request a refund, but they declined without offering any flexibility.

Since I had no intention of continuing and did not actively use the service beyond the trial, being charged in full feels unreasonable. There was no clear or effective reminder that would have allowed me to avoid this situation.

This experience suggests a lack of consideration for customers who choose not to proceed after trying the service.

Avoid at all costs

Title: Predatory billing practices – avoid

I signed up for a discounted trial with Postureletics, intending to evaluate the service before committing. I cancelled my subscription immediately after the trial ended—literally within a very short window—and was still charged the full annual fee (~$100).

When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund despite the timing and the fact that I had no intention of continuing. This feels less like a fair subscription model and more like a trap designed to catch people out on technicalities.

A company confident in its product wouldn’t need to rely on rigid, zero-flexibility policies to extract money from customers who clearly don’t want the service. The complete lack of goodwill or customer care here is disappointing.

Be very careful if you sign up—set multiple reminders and cancel well in advance, because if you miss the cutoff by even a small margin, you may be charged and have no recourse.

I’ll be raising this with my payment provider and consumer protection channels as well.
