Don't waste your money on another drone.
Great for the price. It is amazingly stable. Even in windy conditions which previous drones I owned failed. It has a bunch of safe guards to make it easy to use and unlikely to loose. It is a fast drone, can go up to 32 miles per hour on sport mode. My only suggestion is that they make the camera able to look upward. And stay on sport mode below 26 feet. Other than that, it has been perfect for real estate photography.

Potensic Atom - This little guy is WICKED!!
What an angel of a mini drone. The design really makes it stand out in a sea of other mini drones that all look the same. This guy not only looks cool, but has better performance than many more expensive drones in the mini category. It's responsive, it's nimble, and it's got ATTITUDE! It's stable in fairly heavy winds & almost seems to enjoy it, the motors get louder & the little thing rears up & flies through it. Everything performs as advertised & beyond. It takes stunning 4k pictures and videos. The Quickshots modes are spot on & fun. It's got an awesome travel case. It is built well and feels real solid, while being extra light weight under 249 grams, so it doesn't need FAA registration.
The combo came with extra blades, 3 batteries and a nice controller. The USB direct connection is more secure than the wifi on my other drones, so no wifi issues or dropped connections, which is BIG. All in All, a Great everyday camera drone. And I have to mention, This company's Customer Service Team is excellent. They respond quickly & work to resolve any issues. My absolute favorite drone.

I am satisfied with the delivery and delivery of the drone. Everything corresponds to the offer and the supplier is trustworthy.
is a really good and capable drone in the given price range, as stated in various reviews. Of course, it is probably not for demanding users, but for occasional amateur flying it is absolutely ideal. I would only like a slightly larger chip on the camera (the image is still very good), but I understand that this cannot be included in this price range. So for me, great satisfaction and I must also praise the pleasant and simple operation.

I only flew it a few times and just a beginner so far the drone has been very stable takes great pictures. I am looking forward to use more of the features on the drone.

No drone and no money
Two weeks have passed and I haven't received the drone I ordered.
The drone has been on the courier for two weeks but is not being delivered.
Potensic say they'll contact the courier or replace the device, but they haven't done either yet.
They don't have a refund option on their website. Everything has to be done by email, which takes forever to answer.
SOLVED. Refund issued.

After a few initial flights, total loss
After a few initial flights, I lost my Atom SE in the Atlantic. A cause not yet precisely defined by the support team was that the RTH point was approached incorrectly by 18 Nm. This was clearly stated in the flight log. This was followed by intensive correspondence with the support team in Germany. I was sent a complete new standard set at no cost, even with a new MicroSD 256 GB card. I consider Potensic's support to be the best in class. That's how it should be, and I was extremely pleased. Congratulations on this customer service and all the best for the future. Thomas Rettenmund

Everything has been 5 stars. The website provided great detail about the drones. The buying experience was exceedingly easy and the shipping was quick.
I've loved flying the drone around my house. Extremely easy to set up and use. I can't wait to take the Atom out on some fun adventures.

Quick response in replacing malfunctioning RID-916. Immediate response and received replacement within 2-3 days. Did not want malfunctioning device returned. Excellent, professional, service. Went out of the way to solve problem.

Very solid little drone
Very solid little drone.
Did research and came upon the Potensic ATOM. I bought an SE version and have not been disappointed. It's very well made, and equally reasonably prices. Potensic's customer service is top flight. I had an issue with an RID-916 broadcast module. They sent me a another without any issue.
100% recommend Potensic. A good option to DJI.
