Good deals to be had and items delivered promptly but website is out of touch with warehouse stock levels

The price looked good and I committed to buy entering my card details only to find that they then slapped on an unreasonable delivery charge. Take care in using their online site.

I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase pots and pans to look at this web site first as they have a great range of product at very competitive prices!

I ordered a replacement Judge Sabatier knife for my existing knife block it arrived within a couple of days and was as requested, no problem!

I love my pans and pots and pans were a perfect example of great online company. Brilliant easy website, easy to use, find out information etc. and the pans arrived the next day, prices were brilliant and I also received a free gift.

Wonderful product of marvellous quality. On-line purchase was easy to make and delivery came next day. That is what I call excellent customer service!

It looked initially that my purchase was not actually in stock but received an email on the same day to say item had been despatched. God service and item as advertised.

The pans were delivered in good time and appear to be of a very high standard. We were delighted to receive a free gift of a judge wok too which was an added bonus especially as the pans were in a sale.

I got a fantastic post Christmas discount on a stylish set of knives. The knives are really sweet too.

Our order for stainless steel casseroles came with a free small wok, and some glassware. They arrived well packaged and all are of excellent quality. The delivery times was less than 48 hours, a first for much of our online shopping. No extra delivery charges. Well done to Pots and Pans.
We had a query before we ordered. Response to our e-mail was almost instant.

They were out of stock of a particular pan and i needed it in order to ship it back with me overseas. We agreed that a refund was the best way forward given it wouldn't arrive on time and it was handled very, very well. Well done Pots & Pans!

We wanted a special Christmas present for a good friend, ordered a set of Sabatier kitchen knives at a bargain price, and gave our friend a real treat, thanks to the excellent service from Pots and Pans.

My husband likes good quality kitchen knives and I bought him a global knife for Christmas. It was very competitively priced and I received it quickly. No complaints. Great service.

Straight off I have to highly commend the girl in customer service [name] who I unfortunately had to communicate with on a number of occasions. Her replies were both extremely prompt and helpful. She kept me constantly informed and it was her ultimately who solved the problem. However I am unfortunately put off by ordering from Pots and Pans again. The first line from my address was left off the package, therefore the driver was unsure where to go. I had given my FULL address at the time of placing the order. He did ring my number but as I am a teacher I cannot answer my phone during work hours. If however he had left a voice message I would definitely had returned the call. Two stickers were on the package when I did receive it - ' no address provided' and ' won't answer phone'...somewhat implying that the fault lay with me. The delivery guy then had the cheek to say to my boss when he arrived...' Is she bright?coz she left the first line out of her address...how were we supposed to know where to go?'...As I have stated I did not leave the first line out when placing the order. [name] informed me that she had subsequently sent on this detail to them. Anyway all this has resulted in the fact that I received the package a week later than I was supposed and it was thanks to [name]'s quick action that it wasn't any later.

Found just what I needed, a whetstone and quick delivery. Perfect thing for Christmas but when it arrived it was badly wrapped in a mountain of bubble wrap. Great for protection but hard work to remove when stuck with a yard of parcel tape!

Found Pots and Pans on web a year or so ago and keep going back....wedding presents, Christmas presents. presents for me!

The item was very well priced and considering the time year it arrived very quickly, will be usin this webiste again :-)

The main problem I had was trying to find tefal pans. Having found them, I went to order them only to find my password was no longer valid (most probably my fault as it happens now and again). So I hit the icon for missing password and waited for the email. Didn't arrive after an hour so tried again same result. So resorted to using a newly created one. This is the only web site I have used where this did not work. I know the login is valid as it the one you use to send me bargains. On the plus side, I know your products are good value so I persevered, less mortals might not have.
