very efficient, good value, swift service. Slightly let down by using Parcel Force, who, let me say, were less than efficient !!. .I would highly recommend Pots & Pans.

After a really confusing web purchase when a so called free gift was charged (and I didn't want it anyway!) the transaction was sorted via email ( by Lucy I think?)
Sadly the item I wanted was out of stock - shame the website can't tell you that, but another colour was offered and delivery was really fast.
The best thing about this was the email communication - fast and efficient and would mean I would use again.

Most of my order for new saucepans, was delivered promptly but I waited a month for the last item, a wok.I was given no indication when ordering that it was out of stock.Only found out when order arrived minus wok.I was then promised another date but had to follow up, always apologies.Bit of a nuisance as had changed to Induction hob so really needed the wok.Such a shame as price and quality seem good.

Ordered a set of Global Knives from Pots and Pans and am very happy overall with the service which was very quick, packaging was excellent and even a free gift! Would recommend to others.

Unbelievable service - really fast delivery. I stupidly ordered a pan set for my new induction hob that could be used on all hobs except an induction one. New set of saucepans arrived within 24 hours and with no extra postage charge. Friendly helpful staff.

The knife set was first class as was the service and delivery. If you want anything for
your kitchen or cooking you have found the right place.

Whilst the item I ordered was initially out of stock, I was immediately emailed and notified with an approximate delivery date. The item was dispatched quicker than predicted, however unfortunately ParcelForce don't know their a*se from their elbow. However that being said, please don't let this put you off Pots & Pans!
