What Made my experience great was..... Amy my contact for sales. She was friendly, interested, happy to help, Super efficient, replys came as soon as they were sent. No Manjana for Amy, she was on it! Then there was Ed, he was the person that packed my Temple Jar. It was so well packed and protected that throwing the box would not have broken the jar..... Utterly Amazing! I suggested they set up a training course for others to make the work place a better, happier Place!!

I have attended many auctions from Cornwall to Norfolk and Potteries Auctions are the best by far. From the point of registering for the sale to helping load up my car with purchases, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful and happy. As a buyer, I also felt the auctioneer was trying to get the best possible prices for their clients. A great experience.

Yesterday I went to Potteries Auctions at Silverdale, I was met by a lovely friendly lady( sorry I didn’t get your name) she showed me to a table where I could put my items on, I was offered a coffee & then she went through my items giving me a guide to what I could expect to get, she was very professional &went through how they would communicate by email with me, it was a very smooth operation & would highly recommend, thank you.

Took a load of articles following a relatives house clearance for valuation. A great experience, seen on time, assistance given to off load twelve boxes, made very welcome and offered refreshments. Very professional staff, honest and very helpful.
Would highly recommend.

Visited Cobridge for a valuation and although we were rather early we were seen straight away
The valuation process was quick and easy and everything was explained clearly

Visited the silverdale site today, easy to find and easy parking. It is my first visit
and i was greeted by the lovely staff even offered me a cup of tea, very welcoming . Loved Kerry she was brilliant to talk to a few laughs. I was happy with my free valuation so I left my items ready for the next auction. Thank you 🙏🏻

The appointment was on time and very constructive. Rod gave me full attention and helpful advice and guidance. Very professional, friendly and informative. I will consider the advice and do further research . I may well be back. Would fully recommend.
