Defrauded by Poughkeepsie Nissan
My son purchased a used Chevy Pick up truck from Poughkeepsie Nissan about 2.5 years ago. At a recent oil service appointment (not at the dealership)significant rust holes were noticed in the frame. Examination by one of Nissan's former master mechanics revealed that prior to selling the truck to my son the seller had put spray foam into the rusted frame and then pained on an undercoating to hide the issue. Now the vehicle for which my son paid over $20,000 is unsafe and Poughkeepsie Nissan has told us that it is not their problem. Not only is their new inventory absolute junk (we've had 2 new Nissans leave us stranded by the side of the road....a Rogue and a Pathfinder) but they engage in nefarious behavior with regard to their used inventory. They ripped off a kid making $20 per hour in order to line their pockets.
