Please don't order anything from this site as you will not receive your order or get any response from the seller.

I placed an order and after several emails and weeks I have had no response from seller.

Looking at the companies details on the gov website the owner of this company is in debt (gets worse each year) with this business which would explain why no one is receiving their orders.

Customers ordering products and not receiving them seems to be a regular occurrence.

Owner can upload 'new products' onto FB marketplace, but can't seem to reply to a customer or make/dispatch their order. These maybe the products you have paid for, but not received.

The website has now been shutdown as of 2/11/24.

I am now having to go through my bank and make a charge back claim.

As per other reviews on here, when my order didn’t arrive I tried contacting the seller. Eventually I got an e-mail (from a different e-mail account) saying there are problems with deliveries dating back to March, no suggestion of a delivery date. No offer of a refund but suggested I contact my bank to make a claim! Eventually claimed money back through my credit card.

Very friendly and helpful was a slight delay at the time due to material shortage but went above and beyond to sort out, going to order more to extend 18ft by 6ft run.

Like many others on here, I paid for the goods and never received them. I have tried to contact the retailer but they don’t answer the phone or return voicemails, or reply to emails. I have been left with no choice but to open a dispute with my bank in order to try to get my money back. Don’t trust this retailer.

Awful purchase, promised lead time of 2-3 weeks, allowed 4, then chased. Was promised categorically a delivery date after explaining the situation and why they were required urgently, another 2 weeks pass......

**UPDATE 29/08/24** - I received my latest order and again the quality is fantastic. I have a very happy little animal living his best life in a very safe and secure pen. I would happily order again.

I ordered a selection of panels in March this year including a custom panel and the quality was great for a really fair price. Yes, my order did take a little longer than originally expected but it was definitely worth the wait. My little cat loves his catio and he is very secure in there which is what is most important (I have seen a couple of the Amazon versions which would just blow over in the wind!). When I've spoken to the owner he has been very helpful and friendly. I have seen the recent negative reviews but I have just ordered some more panels to extend my catio and am confident that they will arrive in great condition. If you are waiting for your order have faith! They are a small business that is extremely busy (probably because the price is so good!) but It only took me 2 calls to get a response when I called and the panels are great and super easy to put together.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered on 26th June with 3 week lead time. 3 weeks came and went.. nothing .. gave them the benefit of doubt for couple more weeks.. emailed… I was assured I would receive my catio the following week… following week came… nothing… I rang up.. again promised for the following week.. guess what… nothing appeared… was again promised for the following Monday… nothing again. Now not answering my calls. Have successfully got a refund through my credit card.

Money taken from my account immediately order was made. No confirmation of order ever sent. No replies to emails or texts for weeks. Phone never picked up, voicemail full. Then, out of the blue, a phone call as though nothing had happened. Cancelled order and was promised refund was ‘on its way’. Still nothing.
Texting and emailing every day now to try and get a response. Will use my bank’s chargeback service if it continues.

It took 2 months to get my catio which was frustrating, however it is great my cats love it .

HORRENDOUS!!! DO NOT USE!! You will not get what you order and have no contact with them and now my bank are chasing them for a refund!
SCAM- he made new company and increased all prices!!!!!

Ordered a few panels mid May, 3-5 day lead time. Chased after 2 weeks to be told it would be delivered the following week. Now 5 weeks have past and no longer have any communication back. Terrible company!! Avoid. Had to use my banks chargeback service. Don't part with your money!!! For every 1 good reviews, there's loads of negative ones and with good reason.

Ordered a catio over 6 weeks ago. Never arrived. Got hold of the company once in 6 weeks. Will never ever order from this company again!! Never seen such bad customer service in my life!

Absolutely terrible service and communication. My order should have taken three weeks max i am now approching 5 weeks its outrageous. Im constantly having to chase my order! Would not recommend this to any one

Waited over 7 weeks for my order to arrive and when it did is damaged and door will not close properly as is all warped and needs replacing have been offered £15 which I find quite insulting !!!!

I ordered a custom version of the extra high catio and I am very happy with the panels. They were exactly as ordered, well made and very easy to assemble. I received exactly what I wanted for a very good pricexamd the staff were very friendly and helpful

Panels arrived welk packaged and are good quality - we may buy some more. I also received an email from them saying to contact them if l had any questions.
