He realizado un pedido y no he recibido el producto. He solicitado varias veces la información del transportista (carrier y número de seguimiento) y nunca me la han proporcionado. Sus respuestas son vagas y no resuelven nada.

Me piden devolver un paquete para obtener el reembolso, pero no pueden decirme ni qué empresa lo ha entregado ni dónde se encuentra. Esto es imposible para el cliente.

A día de hoy:

* No tengo tracking
* No tengo prueba de entrega (ni firma ni foto)
* No sé dónde está el paquete

Con esta falta de transparencia, mi impresión es que se trata de una práctica muy poco fiable y que parece una estafa.

No recomiendo comprar aquí.
I placed an order and never received the product. I have asked multiple times for the carrier information (shipping company and tracking number), but it has never been provided. Their responses are vague and do not solve the issue.

They ask me to return a package to get a refund, but cannot tell me which carrier handled it or where the package is. This is impossible for a customer.

As of today:

* No tracking information
* No proof of delivery (no signature or photo)
* I don’t know where the package is

Due to this lack of transparency, this situation feels very unreliable and looks like a scam.

I do not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered from this website and was provided a tracking number that neither Australia Post or FedEx had any records for. The tracking information provided by Povezano details it was delivered and signed for. This is absolutely not the case and I wish I had found these reviews before because I never would’ve placed an order because the only responses I have received from Povezano are exactly the same as the other reviews. Definitely a scam, don’t order from this website.

Product was never delivered, they said it had been signed for but also told us to check nearby lockers. THey have now said it might have been stolen and they don't have tracking information. They are a scam, do not order from them

Provezano. I ordered from this company. Their website said my order was delivered, however this was not the reality. I sent email's to no avail, instead i got repeat messages " look in all place's where it might have been delivered, and get in touch with the Post Office," The Post Office didn't recognise the tracking number and I clearly wasn't going to get help from Povezano, so no way to track my order. My comment "it must be a scam"
