Just had to use the warranty on my powakaddy trolley, only a couple of weeks left of it but the touch screen was on the blink. No discussion no argument Daniel and James both helped me to get the piece back to them and the guys turned it round in less than a week. Everything working and one happy customer. Great service very professional highly recommended super guys.

I had a problem with my CT8 losing the ability to pick up a gps signal. My trolley is outside of the warranty period but, Sam was superb in emailing me the detailed instructions and data files I needed all within a few minutes of my call. This enabled me to reset and upload them directly to the handle unit and after about an hour I was back up and running again. Brilliant customer service. Thanks Sam!

I purchased a powakaddy dry tech golf bag from my club's golf shop towards the end of 2024. Initially I was very happy with it's performance and look. All of my equipment stayed dry and there was plenty of room for all my gear. However towards the end of 2025 When lifting the bag from my car I noticed that the pocket at the top was open and tees were spilling out. When I had collected them back up and went to close the zip I found that the zipper was missing and could not be found anywhere. I contacted powakaddy to tell them but as I had owned the bag for just over 12 months they said that it was out of warranty and they would do nothing about it. Since that time both of the zips on the large pockets on the sides of the bag have failed. I contacted powakaddy to let them know as clearly the zips were faulty and this was likely to be a recurring problem for them but again I was told the warranty was for only one year. I am now very disappointed and annoyed that they would not listen to my complaints and did not seem to be concerned that they might have a greater problem than just my bag. I was advised that I should pursue a "not fit for purpose" claim but based on my experience so far I think this will be just a waste of more of my time.

The manufacturer should warm potential buyers. These wheels are not suitable for clay based heavy soil. The wheels act like a rolled snowball until the whole wheel is thickly encased in mud, inside and out in next to no time. I had to stop several times to use a knife to try to clear them during a match. My husband and my trolley batteries drained quickly and the speed slowed down. The mud removed at the end of the game from both sets filled two 5 gallon buckets. Other local users we know hate them too, for the same reason. Definitely not fit for purpose on our local courses. We asked the supplier for a refund. No luck there. Sold on eBay in the hope the buyers have better luck than us.

Phoned Powakaddy customer support late Friday afternoon the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful explaining what the problem could be and would send me a cable which would resolve it
Saturday morning the cable arrived and bingo everything working
Fantastic customer support less than 24 hours well done team can recommend them

My trolley battery, (almost out of guarantee), had a charging issue. I contacted Sam at PowaKaddy and he immediately set up a collection for the battery. I sent the battery off and within a week it was returned to me in a fully functioning state. Daniel explained fully the issue and answered my questions quickly and very politely.
Daniel and Sam were a pleasure to deal with from the start to finish of this issue and I would highly commend them as PowaKaddy employees and highly recommend PowaKaddy themselves for their excellent service. Well done all at PowaKaddy!

Having purchased to different powerbanks neither of them worked.

I've just had to replace a screen on my CT8 trolley. I can't thank powercaddy enough for their help with this process. They were with me providing guidance how to remove the screen to be returned, then the pick up process, repair, and return back to me was completed in 4 days. Superb service, well done powercaddy and thanks to Sam for the quick responses to my emails.

I have spoken with PowaKaddy directly twice in the last two weeks. Firstly to ask a technical question about connecting my phone/GPS connection but also at the same time they asked me if wanted to register the trolley. Which was very helpful and saved me time. Today I rang them about the cover for the GPS had torn in two pieces. The guy asked me send in my proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged cover. Within an hour they emailed to say a new one will be sent today and I received an email from the delivery company saying when it will be delivered.
Cannot fort the guys at PowaKaddy, polite, efficient and looking to help and assist the customer.
Oh yes, customer service which is becoming rare these days unless you deal with PowaKaddy.

Brought a ct8;power caddy in may 2022 been back to them 3 times regarding the handle fixed it properly on the 3 time all great go to use trolley last week only for the battery plug and play 36 hole not to work turns out it’s the switch,contacted power caddy unfortunately I didn’t register the battery ,I see that obviously they have had issues with the battery as have changed to a 5 year warranty must be a poor product design fault won’t do anything to help except buy another battery.
I took the back off and pulled the switch out it does work in a fashion but needs to be wiggled but when in casting the white circled bit on top off the switch is basically disintegrating ,it needs a better switch cover than what is provided I won’t be buying another one

Excellent service and prompt repair. I had an issue with the starting button on my battery (CT6 trolley) which was 2 and half years old. Battery was repaired very promptly under the 5 year warranty.

I brought a powakaddy ct10 ebs with all the bells and whistles, winter wheels, heated mitts, umbrella,etc.
I had a fault with the wheels that were replaced straight away I've also had a fault with my umbrella again replaced no problems. Many thanks to James

I contacted powerkaddy to enquire if my faulty battery was still under warranty. They promptly confirmed it was and arranged for it's return & after inspection they replaced it for me in a matter of days. I corresponded with the same person & he was very helpful. My PowaKaddy CT6 18 hole lithium is unreliable, malfunctional and hence substandard. Purchased Sept 2021. In October 2025 and January 2026 I had to spend £215 on replacing the handle and the motor controller. So I assume this product will require significant repair expenditure regularly, hence my advice is to look at alternative brands.

FX5 less than 18 months old, the top handle/display screen stopped working and had to be replaced. The trolley is not the quality product I thought it would be.
