Bought a Powakaddy CT6 compact 2 years ago. My last trolley lasted nearly 18 years without issue. So when this one started to make unwanted noises it was straight to my local service agent. Whilst advised it was fixed it soon became apparent it wasn’t. I contacted James at the Powakaddy customer service team who couldn’t have been more helpful. By this time the 2 year warranty was almost expired. James and team arranged a courier to pick up and repair my trolley at the manufacturer. I live in the Highlands so the trolley has been on a 1000 mile + journey. All fixed and back with me on the course. A huge thanks to James and his colleagues in the customer service team for showing us how it should be done. Calvin

I had bought an RX 1 just over two years ago it was out of warranty just over a month . I was informed to contact one of the repair centres . TW GOLF TROLLEY IN Glasgow. The service from both goes above and beyond as the team at TW, Golf liased with powakaddy and got my trolley fixed it was the wheel bearing and rods .
This was all done without any cost to myself . Your after service care and your name is credit to both teams at the work place . Many thanks .

Having noticed a problem with the height adjustment on my new trolley, I contacted the support team, and after sending photos of the part, they sent me a new kit, which arrived 2 days later. Excellent service and response, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to any golfers out there.

I bought a CT8 electric golf cart about
3 years ago and the warranty was just up when the battery started running down before eighteen holes were played.
I contacted Powakaddy and explained what was happening and they stood over the warranty. They sent a courier to collect the battery and sent it for testing, a couple of days later I received an email saying that the battery had failed the test and that a new battery was being delivered. A few days later I received the new battery.
They are very easy to deal with and very professional.

Purchased 2 gps trolleys. Both have had electronic problems controlling its speed.
Both require a complete new handle even though it’s only the speed control.
£300 each to repair.
Wish I’d never had switched from Motocaddy.

Happily playing my round then trolley decided to stop going.
Easy communication with crew from PowaKaddy, trolley picked up, sorted couple with few other current problems they found and fixed.
Problem sorted but GPS decided to play up.
Again so easy to communicate with PowaKaddy stuff and I have to mention James and Daniel....
They were and are outstanding, kept me in loop, trolley picked up , rectified and returned.
Really Really outstanding service.
I can't speak higher about the two guys and the company.
They are credit to the company.
Thank you so much !!!! Hope I don't need to communicate again but I mean that in a nice sense as hopefully my trolley behaves.

I’d like to bring to your attention a problem I have with my Dri Tech golf bag purchased approximately18 months ago, in that one of the zips has broken.
I would have expected the zip to last longer than 18 months so I took it back to Foremost (Paul).
The report back from you, via Foremost is that too many items have been put in the pocket causing the zip to break. I would dispute that this is the case, and is not a good enough response from you.
I have purchased many items from Power Caddy over the years ie. two CT6 GPS trolleys then 2 CT8 GPS trolleys along with Dri Tech bags versions 1 and 2 (3 in total), and this is the first time I’ve felt the need to complain.
What a waste of time! Not only are you not interested in customer service you take far too long to respond … rude!
Going forward you leave us no alternative but to contact other suppliers for our needs, ie.TaylorMade or Motocaddy.
I look forward to receiving a proper response regarding this faulty bag no later than 5th September 2025

So my trolley decided to let me down over the bank holiday weekend so I called Powakaddy up on the Tuesday expecting a load of hassle.
I spoke with Daniel there and he exceeded all expectations. I was offered several ways to remedy the issue, I chose to drop it off in person the following day as I was in the area.
I was greeted by Daniel once I arrived and he assured me they will get the repair carried out asap.
Fast forward 1 hour and I’ve had a phone call saying it’s ready and letting me know there was something additional they were not happy with and they had rectified this too!
The customer service was fantastic.

I lost the remote to my RX trolley... God knows how !!. Looked on line for a remote and couldn't find one. The next day I called Powakaddy who put me through to technical. I explained what I'd done and the guy on the other end of the phone, just said, no problem I'll get one out in the post to you.
I asked how much as they're £200 for the remote and he replied, no charge.
Remote was sent via DPD and it turns up today.
Great service and I'm really grateful.

Recently had a lithium battery go wrong two months outside its warranty. When I politely asked for a little customer service, Powakaddy agreed to look at the battery and sent a DPD ticket for. A few days later a brand new arrived. Three cheers for excellent customer service.

Bought a bag earlier this year unfortunately stitching had burst and Powakaddy have been great to deal with. They organised my bag to be picked up within 2 working days by dpd and will repair or replace. Mike I dealt with was really prompt with all his replies and so far I have even delighted with the service.
