Had some issues with my Powakaddy battery.
Was replaced under warranty by the aftercare team without hesitation.
The entire process was smooth and easy.

I brought a CT8 just before Xmas so I’ve gave it some time. Firstly it falls back on any hill above 20 degrees. Wheels slip very bad was told buy winter wheels still slip, now nice weather thought I would try the normal wheels still slips on hills very dry there at weekend. I never leave reviews unless it’s really important best part of 1000 with the wheels oh and the GPS is so hard to understand watch about an hour off utube. I had a motorcaddy for 10 years not a problem. The only good thing I can say about this is it looks good. Everything else is terrible the wheels the gps the fact your always picking up from the floor rubbish would never buy one again. The best thing you can right is hold the Handels tighter. What about the rubbish wheels next to my friends motocaddy yesterday did not slipped once. Probably tell to avoid hills but I am to busy picking it up of the floor utter rubbish and you reply is a joke.

****BEWARE OF POWAKADDY TRYING TO GET OUT OF THEIR PROMISED WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS****
I bought a used FX5 trolley based on the understanding of it still being under warranty based on the info from their website.
The battery developed a fault shortly after purchase, despite only being 2yrs old. (It would not switch off and ran dead after every charge).
On contacting their customer service, I spoke with a chap called James. He informed me, despite their website stating there is a 5yr warranty on the battery, because mine was an ex rental model, it only had a 2yr warranty, making mine 9 DAYS passed that 2yr cut off. Therefore, they would not honour the warranty. He quoted me £299 for a new battery instead!
I penned an email detailing the discrepancies between the information provided on their website, and what their own customer support were quoting. And, I would expect PowaKaddy to be professional enough to be a little embarrassed their flagship trolley had failed after a short period of time, and honour what they promise on their website.
I got a rude, unprofessional reply from someone called ALAN, who basically called me a liar, saying the warranty ran out years ago, despite that being completely untrue! Alan clearly did not check his facts before replying.
I have now raised an official complaint and will update on their response.
So disappointed with their general attitude.

I always want remote control trolley with GPS. Last week I bought PowaKaddy RX12 GPS to replace Stewart X9 Follow. RX12 can be operate by speed dial or remote control unlike Stewart can only be operate by remote control. GPS is the best available in the market so far. Very happy with RX12 GPS and assistant received from PowaKaddy Support especially from James help in setting up. Well done PowaKaddy product and support.

I’ve had a mixed experience with PowaKaddy. While their customer support responded promptly and managed to resolve my issue quickly, the fact that products like wheel pins and parts aren’t easily available locally is frustrating. The resolution was satisfactory, but it’s clear there’s room for improvement in accessibility to replacements.

Far and away the best customer service of any company I’ve dealt with. Their after sales service has been phenomenal. So polite, helpful and quick to resolve the issue even with the trolley out of official warranty.
Would highly recommend the trolley anyway but when added to to service they provide it’s a complete no-brainer for me. Will definitely return to make future purchases.

I enquired about some bolts that had come loose on my trolley so I could order them. They offered to send me them at no charge. Great service.

I would like to mention my experience with this company and you can make up your own minds
Bought two RX I remote trolleys in February 2023. One for my nephew who is disabled with cerepal palsy. Within 60 days my nephews trolley was replaced due to electrical issues as it = just set off on its own, this was caught on the clubs CCTV. He was in the clubhouses and the trolley set off on its own.
Within months mine did exactly the same and was returned to Powakaddy who stated they would repair it, after a few weeks the trolley was on its way back to them with the same fault. Since then the trolley has set off on its own and ended up in a brook and luckily did not fall in the water as was supported by a branch.
Yet again I have had to send the trolley back to them due to electrical issues.
I have lost confidence in this product, what would happen if the trolley took off and caused damage to a third party. Don’t think Powakaddy would pay as they wouldn’t even cover trolley hire when mine was being repaired.I have requested a replacement as the faults have occurred whilst under warranty and awaiting a decision before I decide on my next course of action.
The reply shows the trolley has been returned on two occasions of which they have not resolved the issue.
Jury out on the third attempt.

Replying from last post fx3 2025 comes with usb charging port but my 2025 model does not have this feature very disappointing when on your website states
The All-New 2025 Powakaddy FX3
With a bright 2.3” full-colour widescreen display, showing speed and battery status the FX3 provides the perfect option at a mid-price point. Now fitted with fast charging USB-C.
Available in Stealth Black and with optional self-sensing Electronic Braking System (EBS™) automatically slows the trolley on steep inclines.

Rotary power dial on 4 year old FX3 suddenly missing ( no idea how or where but very surprised).
PK sent new part free of charge immediately.
Excellent service.

Had a problem with my Powakaddy, I called the technical support line and talked through my issues. They immediately talked through options and took complete ownership. Their knowledge AND customer service is out of this world and I cannot recommend them enough, a BIG thank you

I was in the market for an electric trolley. After much research and deliberation, Powakaddy came out on top for my needs. Any questions I had were answered with ease by both sales and technical advice.
I ended up buying the CT10 which I have to say is a decent, sturdy bit of kit, easy to fold down and put up.
The 3.5 portrait screen makes looking at the holes easier and gives me a clear picture of where I'm hitting, ok, it hasn't improved my game but is that really Powakaddys fault!!? You can lead a horse to water and all that! :)
Something to note, to get the full hole view on this trolley you need to update the courses you play at via the app in the Advanced Hole View tab, it doesn't come preloaded, but as there are 40,000 courses I really would not expect Powakaddy to be able to do that as the storage would need to be imense and that cost would need to be passed on, so 5 minutes downloading my courses is perfect.
All in all a great bit of kit and a great company to deal with.

My FX5 trolley developed a fault where the rhs rear wheel kept coming off. This was due to the securing chamfer in the connecting mechanism wearing away. I took pictures and sent these to PowakKaddy , with a description. Within 24hrs they had contacted me and despatched a complete new wheel, which I received less than a week after it became defective. Well Done All.
