I bought and ordered a new keyboard for my lenovo legion Y520 on 22 may, its already 25 may and I still haven’t received my package. Kept calling the number provided and no one answered. Sent them an email and no one replied. I tried to create an account and it didn’t work.

I paid 32£ for the keyboard and was told to receive the package within 3-4 days, but yet nothing was delivered.

I have just enquired to see if they reply and tell me why I still haven’t received my package. Otherwise I will complain and take legal action.

As others have said, it's a scam.

The items they have on their website don't match the descriptions. Their contact form on their website either doesn't get read or they are ignoring it.

I've tried another email which I'll give them a few days to respond and issue a refund or I'll just get it back through my bank.

Scamming people intentionaly. Please avoid it.

Paid for royal mail special delivery as item needed urgently. At point of order website gave delivery as 7/5. Item wasn't posted till 7/5!. When I queried it was directed to a page hidden in the FAQ section with different delivery times. Spoke on the phone, Completely unapologetic, clearly having taken money under false pretences they couldn't care less. Let's see how much they care when they receive the court claim. I will not tolerate blatant shilling like this and neither should you.

I needed a 12 volt adapter to charge my HP laptop on the move and these guys went above and beyond to help me find a solution that worked. Their email contact was excellent, their advice and troubleshooting sound and logical. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again.

The adaptor on my Sony TV had gone. I ordered on Saturday night, the replacement arrived on Wednesday, and it works perfectly. It is little smaller and lighter than the original from Sony, so I don't know if that means it is less robust, but the Sony one only lasted six years and this is half the price.

I ordered a fan from this company. It was the correct one according to their drop down box on the site for our make/model and s.n. when it arrived it was incorrect. The fan was a different size and did not fit. We sent in images of the original fan taken from the laptop side by side with the fans recieved from this company. At first they said the images were not good enough and then they came up with another excuse not to accept the return and send a pre-paid return label for thier mistake. They did not accept it was their error and they did not approve a return at their cost. I had to open a PayPal case to get our money back. They do not 'just refund you' on evidence of the incorret part sent as suggested in a reply below to another bad review.

Purchased a replacement fan for my laptop from power4laptops. it arrived promptly but the item was completely uncompatible. It was the right one according to the website but the holes for the screws were wrong, the wiring was wrong and the shape had extra sides that made it impossible to fit. I called and the man i spoke to was pleasant and sent me an email for me to register the concern for incompatibility. I was asked to send a side by side photo but at that point my laptop was back together but I had already taken photos individually and I sent these. I explained I wasnt prepared to take it apart again to just take a photo when I already had them. The came back again and asked for the side by side photo. I have refused. On the basis alone that I have explained the differences between the original and their replacement and that should be sufficiant. Be very careful about what you are buying here. Thank goodness I used paypal who have taken over the case to get a refund

Exceptional company, you will not find any better, from buying, delivery times and I have to say their after sales and help are beyond exceptional too. Oh doesn't mean I didn't have my problems with the DC Jack supplied, I did but it is at these times you find out how good a company is and all I can do is stand up and applaud them, for their diligence in sorting my problem afterwards. Great Great Company

Ordered a replacement charger for an old Sony laptop This was delivered on time and the product is good along with the service. There are cheaper suppliers but they have awful reviews and no doubt sell poor quality goods. I cannot fault Power4Laptops and will not hesitate to use them again.

I am not satisfied and I contacted the customer service which does not answer me.

Customer service never responds even if you're a customer. Terrible service, would not recommend!

No, this is not a fake review! The other review is from my brother, as we both tried to contact this company inorder to resolve our issues with a product. We never got a response back and so this review is as legitimate as it gets. I'm in contact with a trustpilot supporter and I'm going to provide all evidence to that individual. Warning - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced. This is the second time I have used this company and they have been great both times. If you are unsure about the part or item you need give them a call. They talked me through how to find the correct part and were very friendly and reassuring it was not a problem.

Excellent service. Needed a new fan for my laptop urgently, ordered after 2pm Wednesday thought I'd have to wait until Thursday for the delivery and it still arrived next working day!

I purchased a replacement keyboard for an old Amilo laptop, Sad to say that the laptop died on me before the keyboard arrived. I contacted Power4laptops to explain my situation. I was immediately emailed an RMA number.
I posted the keyboard back as soon as it arrived and I received a full refund as soon as they had received the returned item.
No hassles and no dramas, I highly recommend power4laptops for your computer spares...
