Purchased RacingVision GT200 H7 bulbs, work really well but only 2 years since i fitted same bulbs so life expectency not so good.

Staff were responsive and helpful. Bulbs arrived promptly and as discribed.

When I ordered some headlamp bulbs I was pleased to find the exact match for the existing bulbs in my car. So pleased in fact that I inadvertently ordered the wrong fitment. I realised this as soon as I opened the outer packaging and searched the website to find the returns policy. It was fine as long as the immediate packaging hadn't been opened, so I was glad I checked before breaking the seal. I repacked and returned them to the given return address then ordered the correct bulbs which arrived quickly, as had the original order. The returns policy stated that an email would be sent to confirm receipt and processing of returned items but I didn't receive this so, as I had paid for the original order with a credit card account that still uses monthly paper statements, I had no confirmation that the items had been received or a refund issued so I contacted the help section who advised
that a refund had been made. This was confirmed soon after when my statement arrived showing a credit soon after I had posted the items.
All in all, a great service. My only advice would be to pay with an account that has an app or online service.
