not a bad service, shame they manipulate reviews
My original review is below, which not a negative review, just not 100% positive, and yet powerdmarc got it removed because trustpilot is a scam and will remove any review for paying customers. So since Powerdmarc are clearly manipulating these reviews, I have now only giving them 2 stars.
----
I signed up as a partner at powerdmarc as their MSP plan is reasonably priced and doesn't require a huge upfront cost, you then pay per domain, which is good.
The interface isn't bad, it could do with some improvements, but it's better than most of the other providers I have tried.
It's fine for the end user, but the way it works is rather clunky and a PITA to manage as a partner. You cannot manage domains from the main MSP account, you have to create a new account for each client and then log in to that account.
Every domain in an account has to be on the same plan, which is also a PITA.
So this is a pita for managing lots of domains/customers.
If you don't want or need your customers to have their own login, then you can just create an account for yourself and put all the domains into that.
But you still need to have a different account for each type of plan, which mean using multiple logins and email addresses.
While the basic and plus plans are reasonably priced, the pricing for the premium plan is outrageous at $110 per month for 1 domain. This includes features that really should be in the plus plan, such as advanced pdf reports, which pretty much all other providers include. The basic report is not very good.
As if this price is not high enough, there are still paid add-ons on top of this.
I also had an issue where they just changed my reseller URL without warning, after I had used it in a mailshot, so it now no longer works. This was obviously quite unprofessional and unethical.
As has been mentioned by other reviewer, they also have a tendency to just ignore emails and not respond, and then get quite rude and offensive and resort to defamatory accusations when you chase for a response, especially Irina Ghukasyan the Channel Sales Manager.
I noticed a mistake on my invoices, which I pointed out, got no response, and chased that as well, and got a quite rude response and denial that there was any such issue. So I sent screenshots, and never got any further response.
I do get the distinct feeling that if they decide they cannot be bothered with you anymore, they will just delete your account.
