Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, worst I've seen. Delivered April 4th, but incorrect. Emailed them details, order number, photos, description of the issue. They take average of 4 days just to reply with the dumbest questions that I already told them. "can we have your order number?", err it was in the email as you can clearly see, so I send it again. 4 days later "can you send some photos?", again already sent them, this process continues with stupid and no value delaying emails. 3 weeks later and no progress at all. Still waiting for them to actually read the first email properly. Avoid at all costs.

Bought roller blinds for second…

Bought roller blinds for second bedroom. Designer and black out spec. I don't think they understand black out options.... the designer spec brings the roller blinds 50mm (2") from wall so black out designer specification is just expensive option do not buy it, it's useless.
Bought my first roller blinds from you 7 years ago just basic spec and still works great. But this overpriced option is really huge disappointment.

Overall a good experience

I am pleased I hadn’t read the reviews about this company before I ordered my blinds because I probably would have gone elsewhere. But as it happens, my blinds arrived on time and exactly as ordered, so I am very happy with my purchase. The only reason that I haven’t given 5 stars is because I phoned a couple of times to ask advice and the telephone answerer seemed rather bored to be speaking with me. Other than that, I am very happy with my blinds.

Glad I got fabric samples, this was the right choice. Great material, works well and used the last channel on my multi controller.

Utter crap

Utter crap. I bought two blinds. Both had defects so they got replaced. They send them initially to the wrong address. One of them squeaks like a b*stard so have sent numerous emails and called numerous times with promises to call me back. Now I’m left with a squeaky blind. Utter turd. Would avoid them.

Terrible

Ordered two blinds with remotes. The remotes didn’t arrive. I emailed twice, no reply. Then called and spoke with them and was promised they would be sent in 1-2 days. That was last Wednesday. Emailed again on Sunday. No reply. Called twice today and been on hold over 40 minutes. Really poor. Can someone just post them out please

Please do NOT use this company!

Please do not order order through this company (or sister companies (e.g. blindsdirect etc..)
Absolute shambles of a company. Failed to deliver my blinds. Customer support rarely picks up the phone. Emails are not responded to. Even when you get through you are passed around with no one taking accountability and often will cut you off. Requested a refund - We'll see if it gets processed.

UPDATE 24/2 - So after them refusing to refund until 30 days after my order, I finally get the blinds delivered (3 days late again), and the wooden blinds are made too big, they were missing a power supply, a charger and a remote, and the valance was 12cm too big ! Unbelievable.

Horrendous. Avoid.

My experience with this company has been horrendous so not surprised to see the terrible reviews here. Like others, my order was sent without the solar panel and wall switch I'd ordered. I rang immediately to be told they'd be sent separately. I enquired again a few days later after I'd heard nothing more, then again a week after my initial phone call. No one has got back to me at all. There been nothing. Nada. Oh, the irony of a website offering customers seemingly countless ways to contact the company. I paid by Klarna and will use its systems to report a problem before the second payment is due in a week's time. Im certainly not going to pay it. I'm happy to send back the blind that I've received - I don't want it without the other items I ordered. Good luck with selling the bespoke measurement to someone else. I'm sure there are many other highly rated companies working in this space I could have used. I'll have to remember to do more research before I order next time. Seriously though, don't waste your time with these people. Life's too short and there'll be better options out there.

DO NOT USE, waited over 10days to be told they didn’t have the fabric I chose….. wish I’d read all the previous poor reviews… trading as blinds to go.

Failed three times to deliver any or correct remote control.

I ordered a blind by express delivery as it was required urgently. It turned up without the specified remote control. I called them and they agreed to send a replacement ASAP. It arrived four working days later but was the wrong make and hence incompatible. I called them again and they again promised to send a replacement and said they would send it "faster". Over 7 working days later it still hadn't arrived - so nearly four weeks after ordering an express blind I still don't have a functioning blind. Have given up, ordered a remote from Amazon (next day delivery as opposed to another 3-4 day wait they offered me) and requested a refund for the remote. The people on the phones are very polite and helpful and agreed to the refund, but if their despatch people are this incompetent then it's not good enough. (The blind also looks good but I haven't been able to close it yet so can't really see.)

Slow Customer Service

I brought 2 blinds from Powered Blind, one had the incorrect fitting. It took 3 weeks and several calls to get the correct bit sent out. Only to find the wall attachment they had sent was the wrong size!

Highly recomended - Serene Umbra Naro electric roller blind

We ordered a Serene Umbra Naro electric roller blind for our bi-fold doors in our living room. I had a few questions so I emailed them and received a reply the next day.

The ordering process was easy, I made a mistake when I measured which I realised after I had ordered so I emailed them and the order was amended no fuss.

Less than a week later I received a message saying my blind was going to be delivered in a few days, I had a question about the delivery so I phoned them on a Sunday and to my surprise someone answered within a few rings and answered my query.

The blind arrived, well packed with instructions to fit in the box, the brackets were easy to fit as was the cassette and blind. It was straight forward to pair to my Somfy Tahoma and set the stops with the provided instructions.

The blind and cassette are really good quality and I am very impressed with them, so much so I have just ordered another one for the kitchen.

Great product. 10/10

Quality products and service

Purchased 4 Somfy powered blinds. Quality products; all necessary instructions for fitting and online automation were provided. They work a treat and, a minor issue that emerged with one of the blinds a couple of years later, was dealt with promptly and professionally. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Exceptional customer service

Great quality blinds, fast delivery and exceptional customer service.

I struggled programming my electric blinds and the team were very quick to call me and walk me through multiple times - they are very easy to install and programme - I had installed them upside down (duh) hence the problems I was facing - a very professional & patient service.
