From start to finish of having our solar system commissioned everything ran smoothly and installed a week earlier than planned.
The level of preparation from the quote from Trent our sales rep and the communication, updates and authorisation paper work to service providers from head office was handled seamlessly and in plain English so we could understand what the process was and where it was up to.
The same can be said of the electricians that fitted the system they were very friendly and very thorough in explaining to us every step of the installation and explaining how it all worked.
The work site was clean and tidy when they finished and installation time was less the five hours.
Our system was sending power back to the grid in less than 24 hours after installation due to us already having a digital meter so the power service provider configured the meter remotely.

Great overall experience. Javier was helpful, personable and knowledgeable in breaking down the process and benefits of solar. The install team was very careful and communicative. They were patient with body corporate hold-ups and took care in delivering a neat and thorough service without any fuss. Well done, team!

Very happy with my purchase, I got an excel deal and the sales consultants answered all of my questions. The installation was quick and easy. I can easily see the production from my solar panels without an issue. I couldn't ask for much more.

Poor experience with the Sales Rep! From the start, we asked the sales rep if there were any hidden charges, he straight out said "NO". Spent 3 hours in our house talking about the solar system and at the very end during the last 10 minutes before he leaves, he revealed an extra charge of $650 from the payment plan company Humm. Super disappointing and what a waste of time. False marketing is a lie!
Well that is basically half the story, after many heated discussions, we managed to get in touch with the CEO and managed to clear the problems, we would rate the CEO and the technicians that did our solar panels 5-star though. Saying that "we made money from his mistake with the additional $600 discount off" is a massive stretch - that should have been the cost of our solar system that was quoted without the extra charges to begin with. But we wasted a lot of our time trying to argue the point that all the "hidden charges" weren't mentioned at the start when we specifically asked about them before the meeting began. Even during the preliminary sales call before the face-to-face meeting, we specifically asked about any hidden charges, and the salesperson on the phone assured us that the company is different from the other solar companies and there are definitely no hidden charges. Also our first electricity bill after the solar installed did not come close to $0, which also was a high selling point of the sales rep. We did not change the way we were using electricity, and we were travelling half the billing period. Overall we weren't very impressed with the whole solar experience.

First impressions do count! I met with Tonny Widarma and he was very professional and technically very prepared. The crew of installers arrived promptly and were very professional, clean and tidy and in no time the solar panels were up and running. The application is very useful and easy to navigate.

Willingness to explain how the system of installation and operational aspects of the solar system works, the benefits of the solar system as well as the future benefits that will come my way because of the choices that I have made.

Really happy up and working earlier then time as workers in area
