Delivery was left outside at side of house.Discovered about 2am coming home from work.Item was not packaged very well.In a plastic bag which was torn,allowing the shredded cardboard to cover the item.Had to use a paint brush to remove the debris as it was inside the air vents.Can’t believe DeWALT supplied this item with no box,just a flimsy plastic bag.All that said,the item was very well priced so can’t complain too much.

Ordered through their sister website N&B Festool System Supplier as the price was very attractive. Website looks super professional. I didn't check them out on Trustpilot.
10 days after placing my order I started to get a little twitchy. Checked Trustpilot, ave reviews with some glowing and some very negative. Sent an email to N&B which was blocked. Pondering my next steps when I received a text from courier this morning 31 July 2024 to expect delivery.
Massive relief when my box of sanding paper turned up.
Dropped one star due to lack of communication and blocking my email. Otherwise very happy with my purchase.

Have used this company many times over the last 15 years. I've spent thousands with them. Apparently this all counts for nothing now.
The same item was listed at 2 differing prices on their website. I pointed this out and asked for a refund of the difference as I had ordered at the higher price. £15.60 was all it was on an order of over £200.00. Due to the item having a different stock number literally an 'A' on the end of the cheaper listing they would not help. The exact same item, yes, so could you price match as you promise? No. Unbelievably poor customer service delivered by automatons. How can a once really great family firm have fallen to such a low standard of care and pride. Money I guess.
I'll take mine elsewhere in the future and will be advising others to do the same. Shame.

So… took order about 10days to arrive on account of Festool dispatching the df500 connectors from Germany - happy to wait though as the price was considerably cheaper than other sellers. I figured they must have to shift a shed load of stock to secure these retail prices for their customers, and was prepared to wait a bit longer for delivery. Unbelievable value, customer service was super helpful and efficient in updating my order progress when I phoned them up. Would defo use again.

The turn around on my order was very quick and no messing around. Oddly enough I had also purchased a few items from FFX and that order was not what I would normally expect from them. So, I've a few more items to purchase and these guys will be getting my business.

Searching on Ebay for a DeWalt mitre saw work stand I thought to try Google shopping as well.
Very surprised to find a ( not known to me) tool seller selected by Google as cheapest and by a very large margin.
I thought it must be dodgy but, here it is listed on Trustpilot and looking like a substantial business on Google Streetview too.
Ordered the saw stand, free delivery and received next day all the way up here in Scotland.
Fantastic price !!!!
