Great prices
Great prices, cheaper than the likes of Amazon, even on brands like Makita, and when I made a mistake when ordering, it was sorted with no hassle at all. I look forward to using them again.

Hi, very sorry it took longer than expected for your delivery. Due to your location in the Highlands, DPD do not offer next day delivery and unfortunately, your parcel was dispatched slightly late and DPD then missed the onward connection. Please let us know if there are any issues with the delivery once received. Many thanks Louise

Dear customer, apologies you feel this way, but unfortunately the charges are set by the carrier companies and in some areas we are unable to completely cover the charge. I would like to confirm your area and if there is anything we can do, please ring me on 01752 854246. Kind regards Louise

Dear customer, very sorry you have had an issue with the delivery, we are just waiting for some paperwork to return so this can be raised with the carrier and once back we will send your replacements. Unfortunately, the information we have requested is required by the carriers to raise a claim. We hope this is resolved swiftly. Kind regards Louise

Dear customer, apologies there was a delay with your order. I can see due to being ordered at the weekend and with the bank holiday it was dispatched a day late. Unfortunately, I've checked the Royal Mail tracking it took 3 days then to get to you, which we can only apologise for. But if you still have an issue please let me know. Many thanks Louise
