Excellent service would be happy to deal with again

The correct spare parts are easy to locate and purchase. Prices are very competitive and delivery is always quick and very well packaged. Delivery prices are competitive.

Ordered spare part for meter - 28 days later called for update only to be told that it would be a further ten days , no contact from company at any time to provide delivery dates or reasons for delay.

I've Emailed and phoned to get an answer to my query, forget the contact us, as it appears to be ignored if its difficult, a simple sorry we don't cover those parts would suffice if you cant supply rather than ignore the question. Also when you say you will ring back it would be nice if you did.

Ordered a switch for a Bosch drill and 10 days later I am still waiting.

Ordered a Bosch part which was in stock and reasonably priced. Received an acknowledgement with no delivery date and a copy of my invoice. Several days later I contacted PowerToolSpares to find out when my part would be delivered - I was told the part wasn't in stock and they would ring me back, Received a call back to say they no longer sold the part! The second star is because they gave me a prompt refund and admitted their mistake. What a waste of time! Ordered the part off Amazon for £2 more but next day delivery.

PowerToolSpares was the only place where I could find the spare part for my Makita hedge trimming. I probably saved a lot of money by fixing my device myself .This is the second order with them. Their pricing is pretty fair too. I definitely recommend.

After my Bosch professional jigsaw stopped working I couldn't afford another so took it apart to find the brushes had gone,
Searched online and found power took spares,
£10 delivered within 2 days, jigsaw up and running like new and I saved a fortune.
Definitely will be using then again.
