Woeful customer service.
Ordered & paid for two slightly different hi-vis vests but only received one of the vests (the cheaper one) & sent many emails with a read receipt attached explaining that I had only received the one. The many emails were read but not responded too. I’m off the conclusion that PPE Supplies Directs customer service is woeful. I’m not in the habit of leaving reviews especially bad ones but feel that this one is just as I have given PPE Supplies Direct many opportunities to respond but nothing.

Misleading price
I placed an order with PPE Supplies for some work gloves and 3 hi-viz t-shirts with my company name and details to be embroidered on the back. They gave me a price for all of this which I paid straight away. They then contacted with a picture of my t-shirt with the back design displayed to see if I was happy to ahead with it. I told them it was fine and go ahead. They then got in touch to tell me because it's embroidered, I have to pay an extra fee of £15.99 and an extra £8 per t-shirt! When I told them that I'd already paid the price agreed(which I've still got receipt for) they just rambled out some rubbish about a stitch count and that's why it was more. Terrible business practice. I'd actually rather pay more elsewhere than give my money to these people!

Sorry to hear that you are not been happy with the service we have provided. With embroidery when an order is placed online there is a section on our website, regarding art work guidelines which states there is additional costs for certain stitch counts and sizes.
As we do not know this as point of order we let our customers know as soon as we are processing their order and visuals. it is very rare people go over the range we class as a standard stitch count. Again we're sorry that the art work guidelines were not clear to you we're working on making the art work guidelines more prominent at time of order.

On Monday they sent me a visual layout of the jacket for confirmation.
The Jacket arrived on Thursday, all perfect!
Other companies had taken three weeks+ to come up with the goods.

Purchased from PPE Supplies Direct on the off chance after finding their website on a Google search. We ordered 3x Hi-Vis Jackets and 5x Hi-Vis Vests, with customisation.
The proof of print was sent across really quickly - and the graphics and quality turned out better than our previous supplier. They even remembered to colour in the dot in our logo!
Jacket quality is better than expected, and includes lots of pockets and a CSCS card holder, which is perfect for our needs.
After receiving the items, I let them know we were happy with the items, we visited Trust Pilot to leave a review and saw some of the bad reviews - this won't put us off, our experience has been positive and reassure others that we're not all on this website to complain :)
We will order from them again.

DO NOT USE
Lack of communication. My parcel got lost but they failed to notify me until I emailed them to find why the delay in delivery. When they replied I was given a 2 day window which came and went again no delivery or excuse.
This is a very poor and unreliable company and I would not recommend this to anybody.
