I am writing this review after 4-5 years of usage. Found this product after trying all sorts of treatments like Ayurveda, ointments, stool softeners, sitz bath, doctor appointments, dietary changes, had night mares, depression. Nothing was significant. Found this miracle product after researching online and made a try. Within a week it was recovered. Later I rarely used once or twice a year. Just ordered a new one, advertised myself in big groups and adding this review now.

This product did everything it said it would. I had been having a horrible anal itching for at least a year. Follow the directions religiously and this product will work. After 5 applications my hemorrhoids were gone and they haven’t returned in 2 months. I’m blown away and can’t believe I waited this long to try Pranicura. An amazing product!!!

The product is effective, however, upon opening the jar, I noticed one side is about 30% empty. I realize it is sold by volume, nonetheless, it is not visually appealing nor presentable in my opinion . The customer wants to see a full jar of content.

I'm always skeptical on reviews but I am here, writing a review because this product really works! I got prescriptions from my doctor to help with the pain and none of the prescriptions worked, which led me to Pranicura. This stuff really works and provided me with relief. It is worth every penny!

Well , where to begin...
This cream is made from magic..it has to be...it actually works...i bought mine about 2 months ago and like everyone else ignored the instructions and i only use it when needed.
it has and does have a mild warming/cooling sensation i know i know that doesnt sound right but it works, honest.
I have a prolapsed hemaoroid which ive had for years.
Only those who have have a burnt arse after a stomach upset will know what the pain is like...BUT..this soothes and comforts..its like a bum dummy ...
if you are suffering...dont..just buy this...it really does work....ps im in Ireland and it came after only a week or so..its the best money i have ever spent.

This product really helped my symptoms, it took about 6 months and all symptoms have vanished. I had severe hemorrhoids and resulting agitated tissue caused by repeatedly lifting a convalescent patient, who weighed about 50lbs more than myself, over a period of 4 months. I was certain that I would need surgery but I kept trying the product until the symptoms vanished. So thankful. Would highly recommend.

I have been using this product for some time now (3+ years). I have polyp issues and they can be very aggravating, especially at night.
If it was not for Pranicura, I'd be back for repeat polypectomy surgery. This product completely eradicates the pain and discomfort but it is not a cure for my condition.
I would recommend for anyone suffering similar problems. I have tried most products out there but this is the only one that works for me.

Fast delivery from outside of UK. I was sceptical at first, mainly due to the price and also countless prior experiences with other [alleged] fissure remedies.

Use a lil bit of gold bond medicated powder around the irrated fissure it abosorbs tge moiuture and just get a lil nice dab and apply panicura cream to area you applied the powder it bonds better to fissure or hemi and enjoy you day and several next days of total comfort !
