Quick and efficient service
Ordered air con unit on a Friday. Expected day of arrival the following Tuesday. It arrived on the Sunday morning. Excellent service, quick and efficient.

A Heatwave Remedy
The heatwave in June convinced us that we needed a portable air conditioner. Which? magazine recommended one made by DeLonghi, and a Google search led me, eventually, to the PRC Direct website. Fortunately, according to their website, the model that I wanted was in stock (it was completely out of stock elswhere).
The ordering and payment process was straightforward and I opted for their standard delivery (1-2 working days). True to their word, I was contacted by DPD to let me know that the item had been collected and I took delivery of it on the appointed day.
The aircon unit is working well and apart from decreasing the temperature, it really reduces the humidity too.

I would give 6 stars if possible
I would give 6 stars if possible. My circumstances changed and I no longer requred the TV i had purchased from them. Despite it being way past the returns window, they accepted my return and reimbursed my money. In this day and age of bots and faceless companies, they listened and understood my dilema. A stand out company, many thanks indeed.
