Far to long waiting for delivery
Far to long waiting for delivery. Had I known I had to wait over a week to have the washing machine delivered. I would have ordered it elsewhere.

Problem purchasing online
Unfortunately the Web site was not letting me complete the purchase.
The team when contacted firstly said they were receiving other orders and try another browser. But he did suggest I email them a screenshot.
When I phoned again the next guy was very helpful and found the same issue from his end.
He the took my Contact details and updated me that there was a problem and they would fix it ASAP.
This was a pretty good and I had a reply to my emails too. Thank you.
I have now completed the purchase as the Web site is now working. 6hr or so from start to finish on and off checking the website etc.

I have ordered a TV but PRC didn't send…
I have ordered a TV but PRC didn't send to me. PRC has offered a tv on particular price so I did ordered one of them and than PRC sent me an email that they cancle my order. Thats totally understandable and looks not professional. I will never buy anything from PRC and never recommend to anyone

Just don't bother offering price promise/match
Their website goes on about this price promise, but when you try and use it they lie and say there is no stock on the competitor's site, even though the site said 'in stock' when I looked for the first time, and when I was e-mailed rejecting the price promise the person said they had called the competitor and been told there was no stock, when i checked this time i looked again and it said "1 in stock" so both times i could have bought from the competitor- just don't bother offering price promise because it just leaves a bitter taste when you reject it
