Cover for my NX 10 fell apart after few used. They said they were out of replacements but would sell me one!? Then they agreed to provide a John Daly cover, which I did not want but since have ordered and cancelled numerous times over 4 months. If something breaks, work in premise that warranty and customer service irrelevant or non existent. Would not recommend.
Had a malfunctioning range finder that was a month outside of its warranty and the Precision Team made things so easy

My grandson was bought a Precision Pro NX7 Rangefinder for golf, unfortunately the battery door went missing. I contacted support for a replacement and received this reply’ Unfortunately we do not have replacement parts in the UK and can not fulfill replacement’ outside of USA.
Not recommended to buy outside of USA then.🤷♂️
