A great experience super clean windows at a very reasonable price! I’d definitely recommend them!

Was good to see our windows, frames and doors getting a great clean. I was kept informed of when they were coming to clean them and came and told me when they had finished

They do an ok job of cleaning the windows most times, but sometimes there is still dirt left on the windows and they come more often than you ask for. They also do not reply to messages despite their auto message saying to message them with any questions. Unfortunately will be looking for another company due to these reasons

Bloody nightmare. Signed up in may 2025, received a text every month to say your windows will be cleaned - cancelled preen and clean services nov 2025 as the texts were just getting abit annoying and no one ever showed up so hired a local company. Dec 2025 received a message to say my hot water clean has been completed even though id cancelled their services. Spoke with an agent who said they’d sort it and they’ve cancelled my ‘subscription’. Got my first clean on the day I’d cancelled subscription then an invoice!! Called again, was told to ignore invoice and they’ve removed me from their system, 3 days later get another text to say my cold wash has been completed and please leave us a review 😑😳 here’s my review!

Very good service and reliable

Needed cleaning service that I was already begrudging as an unexpected cost i was prepared to pay to help my partner out. I was hoping it would be straightforward as it appeared to be from the fast quote start on their website. I went out of my way to provide plenty of photos of all the places needing cleaning and could not have been more detailed on this , but I got more and more questions thrown at me and then they just didn't reply to me , leaving me feeling not very hopeful about the company's ability to provide the services they claim to. There is nothing about the house that would make providing their services difficult, so why have they just not got back to me after answering in thorough detail all of their relentless property questions.

Disappointed as a friend recommended them to me and reviews claimed to be outstanding!!
Surely they have been exaggerated!

I recently had my first clean by Preen and Clean. The guy who turned up to do the job introduced himself in a very polite and professional way. He undertook the work without causing any disruption to myself and I felt confident that he would do a good job. Despite the fact that my windows had not been cleaned in a very long time they were excellent by the time he finished. The clean also included the frames, sills and doors. Excellent job.

Excellent first clean. From making the appointment my windows was cleaned within 3 days.

First time using them and they communicated with me really well and kept me updated.
On the day, windows and doors cleaned really well and it was easy to pay the invoice afterwards too.
I will recommend them for anyone looking to get windows cleaned.

Messaged received couple of days before to notify me when my windows were being cleaned which I appreciate so I can take the lock off the back gate. Happy with the overall clean no issues with the windows! frames and sills clean too 😊
Received a message to say they had been and a link to pay as I requested card payment when I booked the service.
Didn’t need to add any details or amounts etc info was all there I had planned to transfer but I just clicked pay with Apple Pay and was all done ✅

Danny arrived on time and did a through streak free clean even in the hard to reach places of a 3 storey house. The clean was very reasonably priced and wouldn’t hesitate recommending Danny to anyone wanting their windows cleaned and we will definitely be using them again
