Amazing repair service

I never knew pushchair repair shops existed! I had an issue with my bugaboo fox, it wasn't folding smoothly.

I dropped it in to the workshop in swindon, and not only did it come back fixed and working like new, it was sparkling clean, and the wheels were running like new! Really impressed and glad I can support a local small business

What a saviour this shop is!!

Out doing the weekly tesco shop with my newborn, (as you do), my beloved bugaboo ( wonderful, totally recommend) of 5 near 6 years, 2 children and our current delight decided it wasn’t going to fold properly to fit in the boot of our car.

As you can imagine… newborn baby, bored toddler and preschooler in the car… myself panicking calling the husband to help..

Well neither of us could put it down correctly.

Eventually after hubby walked it home and a rather large coffee I sat down looking for what to do.

It was then I found it…

This company.

Within the day after a long convo and instructions I had put the pushchair down. The wonderful lady knew exactly what was wrong and informed me what needed to be done.
1 week later i have recieved said pushchair back, fully serviced. Smelling vibrant and running like it wasn’t a day old.

I came across Hannah at PreLovedBugz through a recommendation by some friends and am so happy I did. I had my 1st sons pram which wasn’t in the best of condition and could do with some TLC due to wear and tear, I wanted to use it for my second but was worried I wouldn’t be able too until I got in touch with Hannah.

I sent Hannah pictures and information about what I needed to bring it back to life to see if she could help and she did not disappoint. She was friendly and really informative throughout and had our babies pram looking good as new within a short period of time and kept constant communication about delivery times and other general updates. Overall a great customer experience which is hard to find these days.

I Will 100% be recommending her to friends and family.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! My Bugaboo Donkey chassis had started collapsing on the one side and it was out of warranty. Prelovedbugz was recommended to me so I reached out to them. They repaired my chassis and made it feel so nice to push again! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I order 18 days ago and I don't receive nothing. I send email to the site but no response.

After contacting Mamas and Papas regarding their repair service but finding they have stopped it for the time being due to covid-19 I was worried we wouldn’t be able to have our second hand pram brought back to life in time for our babies arrival. I then came across PrelovedBugz and am so pleased I did! The service I received from the start was great, they arranged a courier to collect/deliver the pram back to me safely at a small fee and the communication was great throughout.

We had some problems with UPS delivering the pram back to me (what should have been next day actually took more than 1 week!) but Hannah was chasing them and constantly updating me on the progress and trying to find a solution for me which completely took the stress off my shoulders.

I can’t thank you enough for the service you provided, the pram is now working perfectly, smells fresh and clean and looks wonderful. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone, and should I have any problems in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to use PrelovedBugz again :)
