Whatever you do dont use Premier…

Whatever you do dont use Premier 99 Software. The owner was given equity in our start up to build our app, refused to sign the IP assignment, left with no notice Oct 9th, started messaging our beta testers to come join the competing app he built and continues to tag our app name in his post. He created a user in our app and blocked my profile and our corporate profile so we could not see he was posting content asking our users to come over to trailtalk.io. Our app is openrange social.
