The car was perfect and the driver was fantastic. Very happy with the service!

We had a great time having a vintage bus for hire for our wedding. Booking and communications was seamless and stress free... Couldn't fault the value in comparison to how much it would of cost us to hire enough cars for a large bridal party plus we love vintage double deckers and we're able to have a space to ourselves to relax post church while family were able to enjoy and be part of the ride on the lower deck. WE LOVED IT!

The chauffeur Jerry was just the loveliest man and attention to detail was spot on he even did a dry run on his push bike the day before to check road works parking etc

Well what can I say and where do I start! this company was amazing from the start of booking to the day they arrived, I got married on the 18th June 2022. Contact was quick, easy and very friendly (I was probably there pain in the ass with a few changes lol).
Didier you was a star, very friendly to talk to and very polite :-), and my driver for the few hours we hired was Khan! You were the most kindest, friendly, well mannered driver I have met, you made everybody feel comfortable, offered help if and when needed & all parties involved Bride & Groom (for both pick ups) have commented on your kind friendliness. The weather was a bit crap but you were there with your umbrella to stop me getting wet! but you had a kiss on cheek from the Bride :-). and also the limo was clean, tidy and magical for all on the day.

Brilliant customer service, the car I originally booked was decided by the owner that it was too outdated (jaguar), premier carriage found me another car and had everything in place before phoning me to inform me of the change, they checked that I was okay with having a different car (mercedes) which I was fine with.
Michelle was absolutely lovely, she took my bridesmaids to my venue then came to get myself. With all the nerves we forgot out flowers so she went back to my house with a bridesmaid to get them.

Very happy with all the service received from the initial booking to the final good bye to the chauffeur.
Car arrived in advance of when needed ( I was then able to relax a bit ).
Car beautifully decorated with orange ribbons as requested, I was even given an option for the ribbon colour in advance.
In conclusion, I couldn't find fault with anything, and it just added to the great day of my Daughters wedding.

We booked a Bentley Mark VI for our wedding last month with Didier at Premier Carriage who was friendly and professional and made sure I had all the details of the company/vehicle owner (Lux Wedding Car Hire). I would recommend Premier Carriage for any newly engaged couples looking to hire a classic car for their wedding.

Simon arrived early so we got some photos before we left the house. He was friendly smart and the car was in very good condition. Everything asked about the car was explained.
He allowed the bride to have photos once we got to the venue.
It was a lovely surprise for my wedding day.

You would think forking out hundreds of pounds for a vehicle for an hour on your wedding day would give you some assurance that it would go smoothly. Not at all. Vehicle owner contacted me on the morning of the Wedding to say that the driver had cancelled and the car wasn't coming. After some very stressful back and forth, managed to arrange a new driver. New driver didn't have contact details for the bridal party so it was a nightmare for them meeting up. Car didn't have the ribbons and flowers promised as advertised. Hugely disappointing. Premier carriages seem to devolve all responsibility as soon as you make a booking and aren't contactable, which makes me question what the point of this company actually is.
