Unfortunately the shipment is done via DPD. Although I have given a parcel shop as address, and always receive all my parcels there - DPD seems to be unable to find the shop. Now my parcel is back in Amsterdam, and I have to find a way to get it shipped again.

Apart from prividing great products this company also has an excellent customer service. Its an example how customer service of every company should work.
Very happy customer, totally satisfied, will order more for sure. Delivery is super fast as well so highly recommended

I bought my first premier night and day cream complex cream, whilst on a visit with my daughter in Australia. It is a wonderful cream and though it cost me a lot of money, it lasted a very long time. I am absolutely delighted with this product. The best I have ever had in face cream. It makes my skin silk like, and at the same time it is not greasy as some other products had been.

My address was changed. When ordering, your proposed sending address was wrong, of course, because it was taken from the personal (not updated) account register! I made the correction on the sending page. My old city was written in Address2 (misstake). I cleared it on the sending page, but nevertheless your system took the old city to the final sending address! So the address was confusing with two cities: the new and the old one. That's why the delivery was delayed and I was very angry. Final conclusion: You can't update your address data on the sending address page! Why not?
Otherwise I am very happy with your productions and the overall function of your company.
