Truly impressed - ordered my Carlisle brass pull handle only yesterday and it was delivered today. The price was the best on the internet yet I got an extra discount at the checkout. And the product? Wow, truly wonderful - exceptional quality and design and built to last forever. I thought it was expensive but now I've got it I say it's great value and will make me smile every time I close the door.

We reported an issue with one of the 9 sets of door handles that we ordered over 2 years after ordering. We had a reply within an hour (not a holding mail ) and advised of a replacement to be sent out within two hours. I can honestly say that this was the fastest response and resolution to an issue we’ve ever experienced. The original order was expedited promptly, more importantly the after sales/customer service was exemplary.

Ordered some door handles and one of the boxes had incorrect product. One phone call and this was rectified quickly.
A replacement was sent out quickly. Recommended.

I didn't realise what a difference new handles could make until we replaced our kitchen door and bought a lovely new handle from Premier Door Handles. The Andros polished chrome latch handle on a backplate looks much more expensive than it was and has a lovely shape to the handle. Now of course we are replacing all of them! The customer service from this company is excellent. Highly recommend

Excellent - delivery and chosen door handles!

I purchased some really great handles from Premier Door handles a few years ago. Unfortunately the centre spindles plastic connection broke. I contacted Premier Door handles and they really went out of their way to ensure that replacements were posted to me from the manufacturer. Fantastic service, I would highly recommend this company for taking the extra time and care to ensure that I am a happy customer.

Very positive experience. Fast delivery. Excellent customer service. Heather was extremely pleasant and helpful over the phone. I initially ordered two different lengths. One was out of stock and I was refunded very quickly. I received the longer length handle which was good quality and perfect so I ordered 7 more which arrived swiftly. I will certainly order from Premier Door Handles again.
