This company is a scam

This company is a scam! A total fraud. Please do not buy anything from here.
After returning an item and requesting a refund, its been over a month and still no refund.
What a disgusting and a total dispicable company.
They make up good reviews to cover up the true bad reviews hence why you don't see a reply or an apology from them for their disgusting products and awful company.
They have no customer service, totally run by AI, you go round in circles.

Absolutely shocking experience

Absolutely shocking experience - ordered a storage bench via Debenhams which was meant to be delivered fully assembled but instead came in about 1000 pieces as if it had been dropped from a fourth story window. Completely unusable, with shattered MDF everywhere and the box was ripped to shreds. Shocked that they even delivered it in that state. I immediately contacted Debenhams with a video to show the damage (this was over two weeks ago) which was sent to Premier Housewares and now they are telling Debenhams that they cannot refund without collecting the item, but they cannot collect the item unless it is boxed up and ready to be collected. So they suggested I go out and source (and pay for) a new box to ship the item in. Are you actually having a laugh?

Great trade account manager service and lovely products!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Emma Smith, my trade account manager at Premier Housewares, and I can confidently say she’s the best I’ve worked with. Emma is incredibly friendly, approachable, and always goes above and beyond to assist. Her depth of knowledge is impressive and her positive, problem-solving outlook makes every interaction a pleasure.
The quality of products and diverse range of products at Premier Housewares continues to impress - there’s always something perfect for every project, making them a go-to supplier for my interior design business. Highly recommended!

Poor quality and returns far from easy

I ordered a clock from H&M that was provided by Premier Housewares. The clock was of poor quality and definitely not worth the money. Returning it was far from simple. The ‘intelligent returns’ portal didn’t recognise my order details. I am sure they put friction in the returns process to put you off returning their substandard items. Companies like H&M, who have great customer service, should avoid dealing with places like this as it tarnishes their reputation.

Awful experience

I ordered a Premier Laila table through B & Q marketplace. When the table arrived, the box was undamaged so I accepted it. When I opened the box there was another box inside which was badly damaged. When I opened this box. All of the polystyrene packaging had been destroyed and just thrown back into the box along with what other debris and leaves were on the floor at the time. On inspecting the table it had been severely damaged on one side as if it had been dropped. I contacted B & Q customer services who said as this was a third party seller I had to contact Premier directly, however they only offer email as a means of communication. They told me they would issue a refund once the table had been collected. A date was arranged and I waited in all day but they didn't send anyone to collect the table. I recontacted B & Q and only then was I issued with a refund. Awful experience and shambolic customer service.

Dinner Set best described as seconds or thirds

I bought a 16 piece Dinner Set through La Redoute supplied by Premier Housewares. All the plates and bowls all have dimples and or, scratches and there is no description to say if microwave proof. Definitely seconds or even thirds. I am hoping for a part refund as the mugs are ok but I won't put them in the microwave.

Fantastic Customer Service

I had an issue with a product (which was not the fault of the seller or the manufacturer), but I approached the company to see if they can help. Their customer service staff member (Katie M), was extremely helpful, and was able to go beyond my expectations in resolving the matter swiftly for me. I'm extremely happy with the service provided by this company.

Office chair c/o Brand Alley

I bought an office chair thru Brand Alley but the adjustable seat broke after 6 months and they will not collect replace or repair it. They’ve offered £30 as compensation as a goodwill but doesn’t replace a chair I need, to do my job at home. Now I have to fork out another £150 for a new working chair.

Rubbish!

I bought an oven mitt from Premier Housewares via Amazon in July. It started to come apart as soon as I began to use it, and now, on the 20th November, it has fall apart so badly that I have had to throw it away. Just rubbish!
