PWS Ltd (Mike) provided a helpful and insightful assessment of the failed drainage situation of the property with report evidenced by stills video imaging. The report was easy to understand and Mike provided timely answers to queries I raised.
I engaged PWS to connect the property to the mains. Mike, Toby and Cody were pleasant to deal with industrious and respected my property. I was provided with daily progress briefings and the team were excellent communicators. The work was of a high standard with excellent attention to detail completed on time with the minimum of disruption. I would happily recommend and provide a testimonial.

Having used PWS for a septic tank survey we were quite surprised when the surveyor came on site and said, "I'm warning you now, this is a fail" before even looking at the system. Obviously it failed. What was more concerning was that we were told we needed licences, wayleaves and a complex solution. We were left shocked, scared by the cost and definitely confused. Luckily we met someone else who'd had a similar experience with PWS and they advised us to get other assessments and quotes. We did from three other companies. All had a solution without the need for licences or wayleaves. It's also worth mentioning that all the other quotes were significantly less. Two less than half.

Their work may be amazing obviously we didn't use them beyond the survey, but I would still highly recommend getting a second opinion before commissioning them for work.
