I’d avoid like the plague if I were you.

JACUZZI ARE DESPERATELY TRYING TO GET ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEW. PLEASE FIND ENCLOSED COUNTY COURT NUMBER (261MC875 )AND THE HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT NUMBER (HCW3795614)

I DESPERATELY TRIED TO GET JACUZZI TO HELP WITH THE LAST 2 YEARS OF HELL!

I’d avoid like the plague if I were you! I can finally leave a review after a 2 year battle through the COUNTY COURT, in which I won! In my opinion Jacuzzi’s aren’t the quality product I thought they were!

I had to return a different hot tub as the support struts pushed up the acrylic. Follow this I carried out months or research and decided on a jacuzzi. I had a full list that I needed my new hot tub to be, fully Icynene foam was an absolute must.

I visited Premium Tubs in Trowbridge, a jacuzzi dealer. We went through all my requirements with Nigel Wheeler (the Director) and settled on a J235.

Roll on delivery 3rd September 2021 and my brand new lawn was damaged by the installers,I was told I call in when the owner wasn’t there and get some freebies (I didn’t take them up on this offer.
All filled and I was happy. Later that night I noticed a puddle of water and called the dealer. A serviceman was out a few days later. Upon taking the front panel off! to my surprise there was no full foam Icynene foam as promised! There were thin sheets of polystyrene!!!!

I contacted the dealer and jacuzzi as the jacuzzi was not sold as described. I asked if the foam couldn’t be retrospectively fitted, then I was going to return it. Long and short it couldn’t be fitted so I asked for it to be returned, which the dealer granted no issues. Sadly due to scaffolding going up on my neighbour ms house which stopped access to the alley they couldn’t collect. Then scaffolding had to go up on my property as the fire barriers weren’t fitted on the new builds on our estate.

All was fine, communication was brilliant and I said “as soon as the scaffolding was down, I’d make contact”. In which I did and then I was told I could have a full refund but minus a collection fee! Of £395. Which the dealer cannot legally ask of me. I tried to make Mr Nigel wheeler realise that he couldn’t do this but he then refused to collect.

I had to start Small claims for my full refund in which I won (case number 261MC875) in November 2022! Mr Wheeler tried everything he could to get out of paying! I instructed DCBL High court sheriffs and they attended Mr Wheelers business at Premium Tubs (which if you anyone wants to take this business to court, make sure you use POOLS, SPAS AND LANDSCAPES LTD) on 19th September 2023 and after trying to get out of the debt, he finally made payment.

In my opinion the wooden frame on the J235, lack of full Icynene foam (although Premium Tubs still advertise online that they are) and the shocking costumer services from both this dealer and Jacuzzi! I’d look at other spas.

If I could leave less than 0 I would

If I could leave less than 0 I would. Half the time I go to their store now one is there, the owner gets aggressive if you say anything he doesn't like and the quality of their products is questionable. Awful.
