I bought a carseat for my newborn and…

I bought a carseat for my newborn and the delivery time was between 3-6 weekdays. I only receive the product after 10 working days and it arrived missing a part. I tried calling the customer service, was on the line for more than 45 minutes and nobody picked up the phone. Afterwards when I would try to call again it would just hangout automatically after the automatic message to choose the options. The chatbot also really doesn’t help, it keep showing the same message every time that the deliver was between 3-6 working days. I tried to connect with an agent through the chat but every time again no agents available. This was for many days in a row.
To conclude, very bad customer service. I decided to return the product myself on the store and buy somewhere else. Such a hassle for a 36 weeks pregnant woman.

We went the first day and the staff…

We went the first day and the staff were lost. had to checkout our goods through coming and going between counters. This wasted a lot of our time and my baby got frustrated and started crying.

Baby stroller hasn't been delivered.

Baby stroller hasn't been delivered.
No one called me or informed me about date of delivery and I ofcourse nobody was home when delivery was attempted.
After that I received an email with proposal to change delivery type to a point of pick-up but after 1 week it still shows as unconfirmed.
So where is my paid order?

I placed an order and it was…

I placed an order and it was duplicated. Two payments taken. Two items delivered. One I refused delivery. I'm not sure if it was a system error. I tried to contact the company via phone, email. This was impossible. I'm happy with the item and delivery. But await my refund for the duplicated item.
