Is this company linked to Giff Gaff?? I bought £9.80 giff gaff credit and get the message that I don’t have any credit, as I try to make a call. Why? I’d just added £9.80 to my giff gaff account. I have tried SIM card in two different phones cos I thought problem was with the phone but still the same outcomes. The money, £9.80 has come out of my account and been paid to a company called ""Prepaidmobilerecharge"" on the 14th July 2026. Next thing I know, two days later on the 16th July 2026, £49 has left my account to the same company - "Prepaidmobilerecharge" which I did not authorise. This must be a scam/fraud! I have reported issue to my bank as a scam/fraud. Stay away from giff gaff and this company - “Prepaidmobilerecharge.” Surely giff gaff must be aware of what’s going on!

Subscription scam! Would give zero stars if I could. Like other reviews I believed I was dealing with giffgaff o top up my childs phone with £10 and only realised when the transaction went through that it was a third party. A few days later I had a £49 charge on my bank account! I was not aware of signing up for anything and still dont even know what this company does! I am now claiming through a fraud dispute with my bank as the company only offered a 20% refund. Avoid this company at all costs!

used this website because I simply wanted to top up my EE mobile phone. At no point did I intentionally sign up for a £49 subscription. I believed I was making a one-time payment for a phone recharge.
As soon as I noticed the unexpected charge, I contacted customer support and cancelled the subscription immediately. I requested a full refund because I never intended to purchase a recurring membership and did not use any of its benefits.
Unfortunately, the company refused to issue a full refund and only offered me 20% of the subscription fee, despite my explanation.
In my opinion, the subscription terms were not presented clearly enough, and the overall experience was misleading. I would not have proceeded if I had understood that I was signing up for a recurring £49 membership.
I hope the company reconsiders its practices so that other customers do not experience the same issue.

MISLEADING!!!
I used this service to top up Tesco mobile (mistakenly thinking this was a Tesco mobile provider).
They then charged me a 'subscription fee' of £49 but this doesn't actually give you any top up credit or service, you then need to add additional call/data packages on top of this. I'm struggling to understand exactly what they claim to offer for the subscription.
I spoke to them on the phone to try and understand what I get in return for this payment, for example top up credit (would make sense), but all they can say is 'for our services'.
On the 'Premium Plan' listing on their website, it clearly outlines that:
'Included every month: 10 GB Int'l Data, 2000 Int'l Minutes, 2000 SMS' - upon questioning how I access this benefit, they replied 'We do not have access to mobile network accounts or the ability to activate or manage data, minutes, or SMS allowances' - SO WHY ARE THEY ADVERTISING IT????
Really not happy with the experience and will be requesting a full refund. Joke.
