Would give a zero if I could. I also thought I purchased a €10 top up. I deliberately chose the no subscription option and they charged me an additional €49 for a service I didn’t sign up to. They state by agreeing to their terms and conditions that you are opting into their service, however nowhere does it say in their terms and condition that you have to pay for a subscription, in fact it says you are choosing the non-subscription option. Absolutely shady company and honestly businesses like these should not be allowed operate online. I’ll be contacting my bank for a chargeback.

Definitely a fraudulent company. I used the service once for £20 top up. Thinking it was a legit company, Only to see that further down line that they had taken £49 from my bank which I never authorised.
I would recommend you stay clear of this and try and find an official mobile carrier to go through to get your top up. I feel cheated and robbed.
I’ve contacted my bank and reported for fraud
And I’ve just opened up a trust pilot account just so I can leave a review and warn people

Bought a one off pay as you go top up voucher for £30 and they have tried to setup a weekly recurring payment of £49. Thankfully my bank flagged it as fraud and declined the transaction. Won’t purchase via this website again.

Do not touch this company, I've purchased £4.90 for a 5gb, and nothing more, and I called them back after a day saying it didn't work that 5gb, and request everything to be refunded and stoped, they confirmed everything will be stoped, but can't refund the 4.90, however now about a month later I see a charge from those scammers of £49.50, this is totally unacceptable, and I've already started to report it for some authorities in th UK.

Been charged £49.00 for a subscription I didn't subscribe to. They are refusing to refund saying I had a 3 day cooling off period. It's a complete fraud. I believe I was purchasing a £10 EE top up. Please avoid.

It is a scam
Didn't top up my sim card and kept charging me afterwards with unauthorised payments and I had to cancel my debit card. Scammed me with £49 unauthorised payment transaction

SCAMMERS.
Tried to top up a phone, ended up with a subscription i didnt agree on. If it would state clearly on the website i would never sign up for that. Had £49 taken out of me, now on the second time my bank noticed that something is suspicious.
Avoid!

Scam company, stay away. After topping up 10£ on EE number, the company extracted 2 payments of 49£ each without my consent. People need to be aware of their fraudulent behaviour

Scam company. Abusing the vulnerable!
Charged me £49 for services I was completely unaware of.
I genuinely thought I was topping my teen-agers phone £10 via the original EE website so you have been crafty there. Now I'm fighting to get that £10 reinstated to my account. Cannot communicate with this company. Be careful out there watch for these dirty dogs!!! They know what they are doing and continue to get away with it via legal loopholes. Also all the 5* reviews are written by the scammers and/or bots

This is a scam. They charged me 49 pounds TWICE for a service I never agree to having. They keep saying they are a legitimate company, that I agreed to having their subscription. A total lie.
