Got my new prescription dive mask last week and cannot wait to try this out in Egypt in 2 weeks. going to make such a difference. so impressed with the quality but it was more the customer service that made me want to write this review. I had no clue how to order these as my glasses are varifocal so called and spoke to Tracy who was really helpful and directed me on what to order. I am working away at the minute and couldn't wait to get home and see them after they were delivered. I got home to discover the wrong mask had been sent. I expected the usual supplier battle but there was 0 issue with this. As soon as i raised this, the correct mask was dispatched straight away, i didn't even have to wait till i sent the original back or it was received. What a service and no cost or hassle for myself. I got at the weekend there to the correct mask and am delighted with the quality. I have since contacted the guys again as wanted to buy a protective case for it and James was super helpful again. I cannot recommend these guys or their product higfhly enough

Just ordered a pair of prescription swim goggles for the first time and the person who helped me choose the right strength was amazing. Her name was Emma and I dealt with her through email. They have arrived today and they are perfect. Very quick delivery

I found their website to be clear and easy to navigate but, just to be sure, I shared my prescription with them and asked for their recommendations. I received those shortly thereafter
and found them to be clear and helpful. I selected a pair of mid-range competitively-priced goggles for my prescription and these arrived a couple of days later. They came with a tough nylon carry case and a selection of differently sized nose pieces which are easy to attach / detach to / from the lenses. I also bought some de-misting spray. I've now had the goggles for several months, using them regularly in the pool and occasionally in the sea. I have found them leak-proof, very, very slow to mist (the de-misting spray is very effective) and robust. Importantly, the vision is excellent. NB I wear varifocals and you won't get an exact prescription match for that but trust their recommendations and - if my experience is anything to go by - you'll end up with a pair of goggles that work really well.

I contacted them to check prescription types and received a very detailed email. I ordered the goggles which arrived promptly and worked perfectly. Excellent transaction

I have a different prescription for each eye. I emailed the team who recommended a power and type to fit my prescription. I ordered and they were with me in 48 hours. I ordered having spent years unable to see much when swimming but a recent refurb of the pool meant that it was so dark in there I could not swim safely. Today I wore my new goggles and it was a complete revelation! Fantastic service.

Website easy to navigate, extensive choice, easy to order and pay. I ordered a pair of swimming goggles (I am VERY long-sighted and ordered the strongest prescription available (+8). The goggles arrived within a few days and they are fantastic. I swim in the sea so blundering about trying to find where on the beach I left my towel is thankfully a thing of the past. I am absolutely delighted!

I was recommended this company by a friend. I used trust pilot to see who they were and what people thought so I felt it was only right to add a review for potential future customers. I thought the selecting and ordering process was clear and easy. The goggles are brilliant, they’ve made so much difference. They have several adjustments which ensured a good fit. They arrived within a few days of ordering them … I would already be giving 5 stars but additionally, I made a mistake on the order (my fault), and someone phoned before processing the order to check it, I love that there was an actual person processing it who noticed the error, they sorted it on the phone and sent the goggles that day. Great service and great goggles.

I ordered a pair of googles, and after using them I found the goggles leaked in water rendering them useless. I tried all three nose bridge sizes but none of them worked.
After contacting Prescription Swimming Goggles, they said they can't do anything about it because I had used the goggles, although obviously I couldn't know they leak if I hadn't tried them?!!
(They don't suggest trying them on before using them when you buy it and trying them wouldn't identify the issue anyway)

Great service and products- very happy customer here! After reading about the horrors of eyesight loss due to a water borne amoebae that can get trapped between the cornea and contact when swimming in contacts and then burrow into your cornea, I knew I needed to get an alternative quickly!

I searched for a company that I could quickly get prescription goggles for my upcoming holiday and I found Prescription-Swimming-Goggles.co.uk. I emailed them my prescription to make sure I ordered the correct strength for each eye and they came back quickly with what I should order (my estimate was off!) and made some suggestions of popular options. They have such a large selection, so really is something for everyone! I ended up ordering one of the pairs the team member had suggested and I needed them quickly, so opted for 1st class tracked (instead of the free second class tracked that comes standard) and they arrived the next day!

I tried them on and can’t believe I didn’t do this years ago, as they are perfect and I have them well in time for my holiday! Brilliant product and excellent service. The price was also much less than I expected (I opted for a pair just under 40, but they had options as low as 20!), even for my pretty terrible eyesight. My husband has a prism in one eye and they even said they can get him a fully custom pair for under 100, which is amazing!

If you are thinking it over don’t waste any more time, as you have found a great company to order from!

Amazing! Fantastic customer service, I asked a question and got a response very quickly, the delivery was quick as well as I ordered my goggles yesterday and they arrived today. Just in time for a weekend swim. The goggles are comfortable around the eyes and not tight on my head with the bonus I can see clearly while swimming. Can't wait to use these on holiday!

Ordered and returned 2 pairs of prescription goggles from Amazon, but returned them both, order a pair from here and they are superb, great fit great quality and great vision. Definitely. Recommend these for any swimming items.
