Bought a pair of Anti-Glare Glasses which arrived promptly. Although comfortable to wear the difference was far less than I had expected and a huge disappointment. Sun visor and rear mirror adjustment needed even when wearing them
Nowhere near as effective as I had anticipated
Perhaps the more expensive ones work better but I am reluctant to spend more money in case I get the same result. To me, much more research needs to go into this before it can be claimed as per advert ‘they bring instant relief’

Refused a refund for shoddy goods

Bought a bracelet as a present from Pressplay for my partner. The bracelet fell to pieces before my partner even had a chance to wear it.
The goods are shoddy and definitely not worth the money being charged for them.
A refund or replacement was refused because I reported it outside of 30 days. What happened to consumer rights?
Avoid this company like the plague

Would give no stars if it were possible my advise is do not order from this company. I ordered pack of 3 bras for my elderly mom from an advertisement in the daily mail by phone, all seemed ok and package arrived, we ordered size L but clearly something wrong they were tiny, contacted customer services who was very abrupt informed us to return with a note inside requesting they exchange them for a larger size which we did paying postage again tracked, after no contact or receiving items rang customer services again to be told they had sent a refund and I would have to ring the order line again to re- order and pay postage again this person was very rude and abrupt. On ringing the order line again I was informed that the sizes in the daily mail had been incorrect and had since been changed and would need to order at least 2 sizes larger which meant we would need to order size XXL my mom is only a dress size 12 and if they did not fit we could return them at our cost again. The end result is we have lost money returning items that they have incorrectly sized with nothing to show for it, they clearly do not read any note in the returned package they have requested and the customer services people clearly are in desperate need of customer service training

Should have known better l.

Should have known better than to deal with a company who advertise in newspapers. Received two of their wizzit items, one of which had clearly been used, it wasn't sealed and their was hair in the mechanism clearly visible, their response was it was off the bag they supply them in, after which they promptly blocked my emails, don't touch with a bargepole !!!

I am not used to spending over £100 and then going fishing for the item.

This the first time I have bought anything off you (I thought I might have received priority treatment to retain me as a customer) this the last thing I will buy off you. And I wonder what people on TRUST PILOT will make of my treatment?

Please please have a look at this so I received my new portable electric espresso machine from this company So have a look at the instructions plug it to the mains electricity using and waited after a sort time I noticed the usb plug was getting very very very very hot so turned it off went to pull the plug out it was very HOT since then (for the last 3 days I have been trying to get hold it the supplier I’ve sent I’ve emailed 4 lots of pictures but can get them to sort this out please please beware this bit of kit is DANGEROUS DO NOT BYE IT

Wow what a company.

Wow what a company.
Item recieved not as described.
Returned tracked. They say it wasn't recieved even though it waz sent tracked and signed for at pressplay Ltd.
Got paypal involved who agreed in my favour and issued a return.
Would you believe presspjay are now pursuing me for the claim I received.. really.
Steer clear at all cost.
Can't believe motability endorse this company

Refund not as expected…

Had Eye test-ordered 2 pairs of glasses as per prescription paid £34.93 arrived 2 days later 21/11/24 -opened 1 pair tried on - all blurry !
Sent back 21/1/24 (via wife) who opted for 48hr tracked & signed for, cost me £4.50
My return package was received by 'scribble' at Pressplay on Sat 23rd @ 9:22am.
Rang 25th it may have been received but not dealt with yet.
Rang 28th 11:00 they said will refund today
Rang 02/12 11:15 they said will refund today
Rang 04/12 12:12 yes they have refunded but it can now take up to 10 days to appear
Still waiting - when it comes I will still be out of pocket by £4.50 they should make arrangements for return postage. So much for "100% Guarantee If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, return goods within 14 days of receipt for a FULL refund!"

If they were selling £50 notes for a fiver my advice would be Don't be tempted !

Glasses/Service- TERRIBLE*

Having called about the Glasses being delivered to the completely wrong address. Which is terrible in the first place.

Lady on the phone while mildly helpful, had a terrible attitude with my 80 year old uncle. Not very apologetic while representing the company on the phone. Not very good service.

Progressive glasses absolutely rubbish sent them back after speaking with some obnoxious woman on the phone and still waiting for refund weeks later after trying to send proof of return postage as their email address kept pinging back as not known doubt I will see the refund arrive ,never buy anything from the Daily Mail it will end in tears
