£70 bouquet was left outside on doorstep. Fortunately they were not stolen or damaged. I would definitely not take such a risk again.

I've ordered the largest-size bouquet, ROSE SERENADE WITH 180 g CHOCOLATE Pralines, for my daughter's birthday as I thought it looked very nice, and I paid £36.49 plus £5.99 delivery. First thing...the delivery was delayed by 6 hours. I called customer service; they said I should have paid for Royal Mail Guaranteed Before 1pm Special Delivery, which is more expensive. The biggest surprise was the bouquet itself. It looks worse than a £10 bouquet that I buy from ASDA, when I want to have flowers on my kitchen table. The flowers were hot, like they came from an oven, and all of them were pale. When I moved them into the vase, the bottoms of the stems were decomposing, a sign that the flowers were not very fresh.
The chocolate had also started to melt, so there was nothing else to add about the condition of the flowers being kept by the delivery company.
I feel sorry that I cannot post photos of the bouquet that was delivered. They would have spoken for themselves.

Little bit disappointed that the sunflowers included the greenery in the stem count described on the website. So in actual fact you get fewer flowers than at first impression.

Used often and always beautiful flowers with fast delivery

I ordered flowers on Saturday for delivery on Sunday. I thought the florist was delivering them. Got a message from Royal Mail on Saturday to say they were delivering them on Monday. A day later than requested. The flowers were delivered on Monday afternoon nearly 2 days after Royal Mail messaged to say they had them and they are so disappointing. They are nothing like what Prestige are advertising. I also ordered the large bunch. This bunch doesn't look very large to me. This was a special gift for a friend. For the price I have paid I would have expected a far superior bouquet. The flowers received are very poor and nothing like the ones advertised. This is false advertising. No way will the flowers look anything like they are in the picture. I thought I was sending my friend flowers that were already made into a lovely bunch. I would have been better going to the supermarket and getting a better bunch for half the price. Not happy at all. This was a shocking display of flowers to send as a gift. I also actually thought Prestige were based in Strathaven as when I googled florists in Strathaven - Prestige came up Prestige Strathaven so I presumed they would be hand delivered. Customer services promptly replied but only to say the flowers were fine despite me sending photos Very poor display of flowers. I won't be using Prestige again.

The initial address for the recipient of the flowers was wrong . Natasha R at the company was very quick and efficient in changing my request. Highly recommend them. Order 9901584

I would give 0 stars not even 1. Flowers are literally strands and I would not other ordering from them. The put 50%off but in actual fact flowers feom Aldi would be better and better quality and the customer service is ridiculous. On their live chat if the dont want to speak to u they will disconnect on their side and it will say reconnecting and they just ignore yoy so please avoid to say yourself the hassle of liaising with incompetent people like Georgia and Natasha R.

If you are not bothered when the flowers reach your friends or in what condition- then these guys are ok.
Ordered flowers on the 6th -dispatched on the 7th for delivery on the 10th - not delivered now saying I have to wait until the 13th before they will even consider a refund. Perishable flowers in transit for 7 days ......
An absolute joke - next day delivery promises and hidden in their terms ways to keep your money.
Doubt I will get the flowers or a refund and I also had to hurry and buy replacements for the wife.
Not worth the risk, alleged false advertising, false promises - be honest just state we will get them to you ASAP ... back to local florist and interflora.
Just an update - No flowers day 6 from dispatched a complete waste of money, reading the comments seems to be the way forward - The Directors should be ashamed - if they spent more money on getting it right they could save Rosie and Toms wages answering the numerous 1 star reviews !!!

Ordered a bouquet and paid extra £10 to make them large, the flowers arrive half dead and small bouquet, ive had them resent and still the same, the customer service is poor as they kept asking for more pics when my friend was going through the loss if her dad, they kept ending the chat on me several time and in the end offered a £10 voucher which I declined as wont be ordering again from prestige i have pics but not able to post on here.
I can see that prestige have replied but I did send several pictures to them of the first bouquet but wouldn't bother my friend again for more of the second bouquet as she is going through enough with grief and do not want to keep bothering her!

Flowers said delivered but not I otdered 2 bouqueys on 21st July 1 was for a golden wedding anniversary and 1 for silver wedding. Both flowers showed as delivered but on the 7th July the one for the golden wedding showed a delivery photo between 2 bins unfortunetly the wrong adress was input and when I contacted company was told I coul email royal mail and give them the proper adress, which I did I then received conformationn email from Royal mail with the updated adress
When I received photo showing delivery adress, I then told my sister - who said thete was nothing came, I told her to go look around at the original order adress, which she did, only to tell me that adress had no bins. She them continued round the neighbourhood and no flowers were found. Then when then same thing happened with the silver wedding flowers when I was there I then complained to prestige flowers, to no avail, I did everything they asked me to do

Absolutely disgusted. Ordered flowers for Saturday 8th August, they were for my mother-in-laws 96th birthday. As of today 11th August still not delivered.

Awful experience, unfortunately the flowers were expensive however as I was sending to my gran for her 91st birthday I decided to purchase. I used the company as the flowers looked stunning and would be delivered on the day I needed.
Flowers arrived on time and were exactly as described. Initially I was very happy. The care home sent me photos of the flowers on the day they arrived.
4 days later my mum was in visiting my gran and sent me a photo flowers looking very distressed and most had passed over. 4 days is not the 7 day guarantee they suggested, nor is it at all worth my hard earned money.
When I contacted the customer team it is explained that you need photos at day 3 to ascertain the issue with the flowers, but seeing as time travel has yet to be invented this is not an option. If they expect this of customers, how can we predict that the flowers won't last the 7 days, in fact due to the 7 day guarantee, I assumed (wrongly) that the flowers would last a minimum of that so definitely didn't anticipate they would die off after 4 days.
Their response..... A £10 voucher to use next time. Considering their cheapest bunch is £20 in the sale that still involves the company getting more money from me, for me to use it. Unacceptable. Considering the bunch I paid was £32.99 (£40 with vat and postage) to not even last 4 days. Would not purchase from this company again.

I ordered flowers 6am Monday 3rd Aug for a funeral 6th Aug. Because Prestige Flowers offered a Named Delivery Date of 5th August I chose them. The flowers were sent by Royal Mail and they had 3 working days, so I didn't think it would a problem. The funeral wasn't until the afternoon of 6th Aug, so delivery that morning would have been ok.
The flowers were delivered late on Friday 7th August, the day after the funeral and 2 days after the named delivery date. I then had to spend half a day organising transport for half dead flowers from the funeral home to the family's house.
The whole end to end process was really disorganised and communication was dire.
On Weds 5th August tracking had not updated for 48 hours, so I emailed Prestige Flowers. I quoted my Order Number and and delivery address. Initially I got an AI response confirming delivery by August 5th. So a nonsense response.
The next day a customer service representative called Natasha emailed me and asked me to give them the delivery address for the flowers, because they did not have this. This suggests they had not sent the flowers, and had lost the address. Either that or their systems and processes are so bad, that their customer service department cannot use the order number to look up details themselves. I sent them the delivery address again, which led to a further delay in response from Prestige Flowers.
Eventually they got back to me and stated that the Named Delivery Date is basically meaningless. Apparently there is a clause tucked away in their T&C's which states they have no obligation to deliver by the Named Delivery Date. They also said for "remote" areas the delivery will be up to 3 days AFTER the selected delivery date.
Firstly, the customer does not know the Named Delivery Date does not apply to them, at the point of purchase. My Delivery postcode was entered into their system and they offered a named delivery date of 5th August. If they can't honour this, this should be clear before purchase. Not after the flowers go missing for days.
Secondly, their definition of "remote" is anywhere in the British Isles that is not England. So NI, parts of Scotland, Wales, and all the British islands - all deemed "remote" by Prestige Flowers. This should be made clear when you enter your postcode for delivery. But its not.
Third, A 3 day delay is a long time. Do not think you will get a refund if the flowers arrive dead - you have to enter into a long winded debate with Prestige Flowers and be able to provide photographic evidence that 5 days is too long for a cut plant to live in the back of a van.
It took 5 working days for the flowers just to get across England, and I could have walked them to the funeral home in that time.

Prestige flowers have excellent offers, the bouquets are always fresh and have an excellent delivery service

I think prestige are a very reliable online florist and I have used them fairly frequently for last minute gift sending and for planned gifting. This time I used them with a day to spare and they still arrived on time and the recipient loved the flowers sent to her.
They are always good quality flowers and last for a good week+. Good prices observed and comparatively to a super market or florist.

What a dreadful website. Took ages to accept my payment. Hope the flowers will be delivered on the specified date.

Laura C. Was a blessing to work with. Instead of canceling my order, she gave me many options. I placed my order for hold and recently shipped the flowers.

Prestige are a brand I have been sent flowers from before so thought they would be a good reliable company to use when sending flowers to my mum for her birthday. Unfortunately this was not the case. Prestige ask what day you wish your flowers to be sent, I specified a date which was sadly not met. I contacted the company about my disappointment with this, especially as I paid £6 for delivery, to which James explained their delivery company (in this case Royal Mail) do deliver 7 days a week however they are “unable to guarantee a specific delivery date” and I am “not entering into a contract that guarantees a specific delivery time frame” meaning they aren’t too fussed when the flowers arrive. Not only did my mums flowers arrive late missing her birthday entirely, they are also not great. I hate to leave a bad review and don’t do it lightly but I feel it’s necessary this time. Prestige’s own website claims they provide “clear product information, thoughtful presentation and standout flower inspiration for the moments that matter most”, I ordered a large bouquet of Florists Choice, which I know can be anything but having seen a previous review saying these arrived amazing I opted for this choice as a surprise. Unfortunately this was a mistake as they’ve arrived looking very unthoughtful and ill presented, nor are they large. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service/concern and with the actual product itself. Please be mindful when buying from this company in regards to delivery times and perhaps opt for another type of flower if you don’t want a mismatched flung together bouquet. I wish I could attach a photo with this!!

Quick delivery but not very good quality. Flowers didn’t last very long.
