Hay don’t buy any car from this the are selling doje car also the miss around with a computer

Initial contact was great and a pick up from the station was above and beyond, however since purchase we both feel let down by the company and even when we keep chasing I was made to feel like my husband was lying about the conversation's he had had. Clever with how they word things and how it makes you feel. Felt let down by quality of work carried out and no help from the company with costs we will have to pay out for items missed on the health check.

Second time dealing with Rob at Prestige Performance Yorkshire and an absolute pleasure yet again! Took my car part exchange after offering a fair price and i purchased my dream car that was absolutely immaculate.
All vehicles in the showroom are top end and mint condition. Both vehicles i have purchased have been amazing.
Can’t recommend the company and Rob in particular enough.
My Landrover Defender is just amazing and i’m chuffed to bits!

This has been the best car buying experience I have had. The communication was great, I travelled a long way to get the car and it was exactly as described. Rob was brilliant at keeping me up to date with what was happening and then went out of his way to accommodate me for the collection. These guys care about what they do and it shows.

I sent Prestige Performance Yorkshire an enquiry about a Audi S6 Avant they had and to see if they were interested in my car as a part exchange. I Had a call back immediately from Rob who offered me a good part exchange price and we agreed on a deal.

Here is where the awkward part started as I was going away on holiday i had a tight deadline to meet. Rob assured me he would pull out all the stops and have the car ready in time for my holiday, true to his word the car was ready in time and I drove up to collect a week later and drove it down to Spain.

I can honestly say that when I see the Prestige Performance set up I could tell these guys were passionate about what they do and the car was prepped to the highest standards.

After driving through Europe in my new car and completing 3500miles in 3 weeks I had a few minor issues with the car, nothing major and certainly nothing that Prestige Performance would of known about just your normal faults that seem to develop on modern cars of today.

I contacted Rob and he put onto Matt to deal with the warranty side of things. Well all I can say is if only every dealer was on the ball like these guys. Matt had my car booked in to my local dealer and had the issues sorted via the warranty that comes with Prestige Performance cars and it was straight forward process and a breeze thanks to Matts organisation and effort to go the extra mile to get the issues sorted.

The guys at Prestige Performance really are passionate about what they do and are clearly car enthusiasts themselves which goes along way when they are presenting cars and a level of service that is above and beyond main dealers.

I will definitely go back to Prestige Performance when i am looking for a new car as these guys have the whole package, great vehicles, knowledgable sales and great aftercare.

If you are reading this review its more than likely you are interested in a car they have for sale, well do not hesitate to purchase, it will be a great car and service from these guys.

I contacted Prestige Performance Yorkshire to enquire about a car they had listed and to discuss a possible part exchange. Had a call back from Rob, who gave me a valuation on my car, based on the info I gave him. I drove up, a few days later, so that he could see my car and I could see the car I was interested in. (A beautiful, low mileage BMW Z4 Roadster.)

Having seen my car, Rob honoured his (very fair) offer and so we agreed to go ahead with the deal. I drove back up the following week to pick up the car...and in the mean time, Prestige had had it serviced and two new tyres fitted, at no extra cost to me. The car itself was immaculate!

As every review of Prestige will tell you, Rob is totally professional, extremely helpful and just an all round nice guy. He has since contacted me a couple of weeks after the purchase, to make sure I'm happy with everything. Outstanding!
