I had an excellent experience buying my Longines watch from Prestige Time.

A special appreciation to Mike for his outstanding service and consistent follow-up throughout the delivery process. Prestige Time had entered the shipping details correctly, but FedEx mistakenly sent the package to Grenada (GD) instead of Greenland (GL). Mike immediately took ownership of the issue, stayed on the phone with FedEx for 45 minutes, and made sure the shipment was corrected and sent to the right destination, and tracked the shipment himself daily.

Thanks to his dedication and professionalism, I received my watch safely on my birthday, with only a one-day delay.

I have just purchased another great timepiece from Prestige Time. I have been buying and trading timepieces with them for many years. They have a great stock of new and preowned timepieces. They are professional and knowledgeable of all the many timepieces they sell. If you are in the market for a new or preowned timepiece or just want to sell your current timepiece you must contact Prestige Time you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a watch from them that involved a return and re-order. They were very communicative and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them and would purchase again.

I purchased a Tag Huer Carrera Calibre 16 Auto Chronograph on January 24, 2024, a new watch with complete paperwork. I called Prestige today in regards to the paperwork and advised them that I did not receive a
Warranty Card. I was told that when I purchased the watch. I agreed to them keeping the warranty card for 3 years. There is NO reason Prestige would keep my warranty card, unless it would be to manipulate the warranty card in another way. I have multiple Tags, Rolex's, Breitling and OMEGA Seamasters. Everyone was purchased new and came complete, all paperwork and warranty cards. I don't buy the excuse they gave me for keeping my warranty card for 3 years. My warranty card, should I need to use it, would allow me to seek out Factory Tag Huer authorized center for needed service. I paid for that card and I want it.

There are other good places to buy a watch, but Prestigetime is one of the very best. They do everything right, and it is unlikely you will find a better price or selection for a Longines.

I purchased an IWC Spitfire Chronograph and the service, delivery time of these guys are exceptional. Especially I had some issues considering the clearance of the watch through customs and they were very respondent to my every query and provided exceptional support throughout the process.

I recently purchased a watch through Prestigetime and had a great experience. I enquired about a specific date being possible for delivery as no European merchant could commit to the date I required. Mike contacted me back and said it was tight but possible. His clinical tracking and interaction made this possible and I received the package ahead of schedule. Many thanks.

I ordered a Grand Seiko SBGA231 from Mike at Prestigetime and it was a smooth and quick experience. He was very helpful in answering my questions and I love my new watch. Will buy from them again!

I brought 3 watches so far and the delivery is good but they won't allow hold at FedEx location which is bad because requires me to always take day off on a weekday to receive and sign it. Second, they don't put enough pictures and angles to see the watch on their website so force to buy and receive to really see it in person. Because of that, the returns is needed and it isn't good. They charge you the original shipping costs which is understandable, then you have to pay for the shipping costs to them. Also for returns you have to wait for what they call RMA authorization number which lose you a day or two to get.

I have bought 5 watches over the years at PRESTIGETIME and GREAT service GREAT deals. I had to return 1 watch for minor problem. They took it back for the repair w/out questons and very fast return. I am looking forward to get my SEAMASTER 300M soon. I just bought it the other day..........and this will NOT BE MY LAST WATCH FROM THEM! Mike.and your crew there ....JUST ROCKS!
