Tony Taylor has been working with me to find a property and has been very helpful every step of the way. He has excellent local knowledge and responds promptly to calls which has reduced the stress greatly. I highly recommend PB and Tony.

I am completely at a loss as to how this company has any good reviews. As a tenant with them in York, they were the worst letting agency I have ever rented from. Their communication was a complete shambles and they seemed completely uninterested in any issues we had with the property unless we went through the landlord, even if these were important -heating/lighting/electrical issues. Furthermore, when we left the property they kept our names on the system and hounded us for 6 months every time the subsequent tennants didn’t pay rent on time and even sent us private emails meant for the landlord by mistake (both of which are breaches of GDPR). Finally, on Christmas Eve, they managed to accidentally send us an email informing us that our tenancy had been ended immediately and then go on Christmas break so we couldn’t get through to them. This was unduly stressful and turned out to have just been an admin error, although they weren’t overly apologetic nor did they offer us a goodwill payment for the stress caused. I would never let with this agency again and would actively avoid any properties associated with them.

I used P&B to go through a remortgage and I can't speak highly enough of Lindsey and Brad - between them they were always there to answer my needy demands and guide me through the process in way that suits someone who doesn't really have a clue.. very knowledgeable, supportive, relatable and professional. We hit a few hiccups as expected in this type of activity but their resilience and urgency to resolve was second to none. Thanks guys!

Shambolic. Failed to follow simple instructions. Very poor communication. Not a great experience.

We are selling our house through another estate agent however we are buying through Preston Baker amd there 1 million times better than our current agent they are prompt nothing is too much for them you don't have to chase things there on the ball with everything Racheal dealt with the first part this was then passed to Amelia who will continue the sale. If Racheal wasn't in we dealt with Ethan this company is customer focused and really driven to deliver the best client experience we hope we don't move again but if we did Preston Baker is not a name we would forget and we wouldnt hesitate to use them FANTASTIC SERVICE

I did not have a good experience with this estate agent. They lie and do not do what they say they are going to do. I do not recommend them.

Landlord beware this "companies" practices verge on fraudulent and their management of your property will be shambolic at best!

I had a great experience selling my house with Preston Baker. This was my first home, and I was very attached to it - but the team were very helpful in guiding me through the process, and finding my ideal buyers.

At the start of the process, I received a few valuations for my house from different providers - I decided to go for Preston Baker because of their specific sales model, and was just mindful that the fees were slightly higher than the other competitor I was seriously considering. Ultimately, the service I received was well worth the slight difference in fee, and I am very happy with the outcome!

Shambolic service. I would give 0 stars if I could. Completely incompetent staff who made a cock up with every single communication we had with them when trying to buy a property. Totally useless, dishonest. We had to ring up to find out what had happened to our offer. Really poor and unreliable communication in what is already a difficult and stressful thing to have to do. How are these people running an estate agency business as they cannot be trusted when making the biggest purchase of your life. Avoid like the plague unless you want to be mugged off.

I have been communicating with Tony Taylor about properties that I might be interested in. He has been very good and detailed in his selection process and has been forwarding me ideal properties that I can view. I’ve been impressed with his professionalism and the selections that he has made have been very appropriate. I could not recommend this service more.

Also, on this particular day, Tony had recommended that I make it to a viewing. I spoke to Arnus, who was very helpful in arranging a viewing for me on the same day. Elle (Ellie), was very helpful and kind in showing me around the property.

Elle was such an unprofessional and was not ready to help us at all, she doesn't care if you are a First time buyer, didn't help with anything. didn't even told us that if we our offer is accepted or not and when I called to ask she lied and said we have left you a voicemail.

Awful, placed 3 offers on a property but only one was put forward. Also I had to contact them to establish the outcome of my offer, complete terrible service. Make sure you don't do business with them, but also make sure Alex is not your estate agent.

Rachel helped me to purchase my first home earlier this year and was very helpful - she always kept me informed and went above and beyond to try to make things move as smoothly and quickly as possible!

Throughout the sales process Rachel handled everything extremely professionally. She made the whole transaction seamless and I’d recommend the service and Rachel to anyone in Leeds looking to sell their property.

Angela Williams - Client Service Manager, was an absolute rock throughout the many twists and turns of a house sale. She could always be relied upon to calmly and cheerfully alleviate our many concerns, "what if, what next etc" questions raised throughout the process. Angela is a true professional but more importantly someone both my wife and I could talk easily and openly with, at any time, We quickly grew to know we could have complete trust in her integrity and valued highly her advice and ideas.
