Great service. Jamie arrived within the hour as promised, was very friendly, polite and professional and gave advice as to whether a repair or replacement tyre was most appropriate. Initially a repair was advised, however the tyre had a second puncture on closed examination. Jamie then sourced a replacement tyre, giving a list of options ranging in price. The job was completed within an hour or so.
The most reassuring thing was Jamie initially advised the cheaper repair option as well as suggesting a cheaper replacement tyre when repair wasn't possible. Basically, no rip-off, just good and genuine service.
I will definitely use The Tyre Specialist Ltd again and recommend to others.

Brilliant service from all the team, I have puncture on the M55 on my way to a funeral in Manchester. The lads had me in and out, new tyre in about 25mins. Brilliant service and a good price too. Such pleasant guys too. 😊

Customer Service? Most companies wax lyrical about how important it is but how many follow good intentions with on the ground service. Preston Tyre Specialists does. Not for the first time I have been astounded by their service. Within seconds of parking my car had been whisked into the workshop for inspection. Within 30 minutes the cause of my puncture had been identified and removed, my tyre repaired and refitted. The mechanics even offered to reset the digital display to remove the warning and reset the pressures. I’d removed all of the valve caps when I was checking the tyre pressures so went to replace them at home when I noticed the team had fitted new valve caps on all four wheels. A professional job, completed by a superb team in record time and only £32. That’s what I call superb customer service. Top of my list for tyre repairs/replacements. Thanks team!

Friendly, helpful, best price and did not try to push me to buy anything more expensive or any other service - they gave me exactly what I asked for. So pleased I’ll be straight back here next time I need anything they can do, and I’ve been telling my friends and family to go to these guys too.
