Kept up to date via email on the different stages from order through to delivery. Very well packaged in a sturdy box along with all of the manufacturers packaging, display lenses, lens former (supra) that will be useful should I have a reglaze in future.
The nose pads were pushed in for glazing and not put back, not an issue for me however some may be put off by this.
Reasonable retail price.

I have used another online provider for a number of years and, whilst they were great, they didn't have the frames I wanted.
I found Pretavoir and was impressed by their product offering. I took the home trial offer and picked a set of frames that I absolutely love. I then ordered the prescription varifocals that I needed.
