Really helpful customer service when I had to make a change to my order. Really fast response and Kiera was able to resolve any queries quickly. Great customer service
I accidentally (and stupidly!) returned an item to Pretty Lavish that was meant as a return for a different retailer - but their customer service team were amazing! They found the item in their warehouse, offered to forward it onto the correct retailer for a postage fee, replied quickly and were generally brilliant. And when I ultimately decided not to forward the item on, they donated the item to the Salavation Army in line with their sustainability policy which is great. Shout out to Kiera who was super helpful.

I have the worst customer service
I have the worst customer service, over a lost bridesmaid dress. A return of an item that they sent out the wrong size anyway.So useless to us.
And item I am still paying because I'm a widow and had to do it on a payment plan.
I have added an issue to this problem because I deleted a digital receipt because Pretty Lavish said that the returned funds were in process.
Stupidly I deleted too quickly but Pretty Lavish have no customer service attitude as mistakes happen and it isn't always black and white.
I feel if... I didn't want to look after a poorly relative because it doesn't fit criteria it might cause upset 🤔

We can see that we have been unable to verify that the tracking linked provided for your return was received at our returns warehouse and that the incorrect tracking reference has been provided which does show a different delivery location to our warehouse.
While we appreciate the information you have provided, the tracking details supplied do not match the return associated with your order or confirm delivery to our returns location.
If you are able to locate the correct proof of return receipt, please do get back in touch with our Customer Care team, and we'll be happy to review this for you.

Bridesmaid dress return
Ordered a bridesmaid to dress to sample. The dress itself and the quality were stunning however I had to return as there was a minor issue when it arrived. Dealt with Hannah from the CS team who could not have been more helpful and constantly checking in/responding. A pleasure to deal with and super customer service support which is so rare these days. Will certainly be ordering again.

Beautiful dresses and great customer service!
We were looking for a particular style of bridesmaid dress and the one from Pretty Lavish had the best finish, cut, details and range of colours - it’s so flattering on each of us and we absolutely love it. The colour we wanted was out of stock and the Customer Service team was really quick to let us know when it was expected to come back into stock and answer questions about fit. The dresses came back into stock exactly when they said it would and when I realised that I needed to amend my order, Kiera on the Customer Service team responded really quickly, was so helpful and was super efficient in helping me resolve my issue. Thank you Kiera! We can’t wait to receive our dresses!
